Google TAM interview help

Hey there, I’m in the Google interview process for a L4 TAM role at Google cloud. Im currently an L5 TAM at AWS.

I am wondering if its worth to downgrade myself to an L4 or if the levels works differently in Google? The pay range is less in Google comparatively.

Recruiter mentioned I will have cloud round qualifying round. Any interview prep materials I can find on this round?
Anyone had this kind of interview? Any example or tips on how to prepare for this type of interviews?

Thank you so much for your help!

Joie Ginger vs Nuna Trvl LX

Joie vs. Nuna stroller – we can’t decide! 😭
My husband and I are completely conflicted between these two strollers.
He thinks the Joie is the better value because it comes with a full bassinet and allows the baby to face us. Another major advantage is the price of Joie is less. I, on the other hand, am petite, and the Nuna feels so much lighter. I can easily lift and fold it on my own without needing my husband’s help.
His opinion is that stroller weight won’t matter much in the long run. I feel the bassinet may only be useful for the first 3 months, so I’m not sure it’s worth choosing a heavier stroller just for that.
We also don’t know how much we’ll actually use the stroller during those first few months. We may or may not take our baby on walks longer than an hour.
For parents who’ve been through this, what ended up being more valuable in real life:
A lightweight stroller that’s easy to handle?
Or a stroller with a bassinet and parent-facing option?
Would love to hear what you found most useful and whether you regretted prioritizing one feature over the other!

Does being active actually help with labour and postpartum?

Does being active actually help with labor and postpartum? I used to be a bit active and tried to keep up with walks, but with how hot it’s been lately I’m really dreading them and I can’t stand gyms either—it feels suffocating. I’m 32 weeks now and wondering if it really makes a difference at this stage. All I want to do is lie on my couch or bed. I know everyone’s experience is different, just genuinely curious.

Looking for male perspective- How do you all handle fights with your partner during pregnancy?

*Answers from parents only*

Lately, I’ve noticed that my patience is a lot lower than it was before pregnancy, and I get irritated more easily. I know I wasn’t like this before, and I’m aware that my hormones are all over the place right now.
The problem is that when I react, my husband reacts back instead of letting it pass, and it often turns into a huge fight where I end up crying. I’ve tried explaining to him that if I’m having a moment, I’d really appreciate it if he could stay calm and let things go sometimes because the feeling usually passes.
The funny thing is that once I start crying, he starts crying too, and later he comes back and apologizes, saying he should have stayed quiet. I know this is his first time going through pregnancy too, and he’s learning as well, but sometimes I just want him to give me a little grace and not treat every disagreement like a major issue.
I’m not being rude or difficult every day. It’s only once in a while, and I usually acknowledge it afterward. What seems to bother him most is that I’m blaming him for things, which he’s not used to because, before pregnancy, I was basically the “ideal wife” 😂🤡.
Has anyone else dealt with this? How did you and your partner navigate it? I feel like I do a lot of mind work- constant planning, organizing, delegating tasks to him. I never had an issue before but now I am hating it having to constantly nag. I want to be in my feminine space and relax not have the mental burden.

Looking for feeding frocks

My sister is due in about a month, and I’d like to send her 10–12 feeding-friendly frocks, but I’m unsure about sizing. She shared her current measurements, but my mom feels her size may change once breastfeeding starts. I’m looking for comfortable nursing-friendly dresses that work both for home wear and for going out to doctor appointments, walks, or casual outings. If you’ve found any brands, styles, or specific dress links that worked well postpartum, I’d really appreciate your recommendations—especially any advice on sizing and whether it’s better to size up.

She stays overseas so there is no option to try and return

I stay in San Diego and bored of beaches. Im interested to visit mountains/ lakes/ cute cafes but cant travel more than 5 hours as Im due in a few months.

Breast pump recommendations via insurance

Im a FTM and have no clue about breastfeeding. I am going with the flow as in once the baby is born, I will try to best feed and then decide on combo feeding or formula based on my supply, latcing etc.

I got to know I will get a breast pump from my insurance (AETNA PPO). Any recommendations on what to get? I dont know what I want, Im okay to pay a bit extra if required.

I scrolled reddit mindlessly and saw many recommended spectra

Parents visiting on b1/b2 visa LAX

My mom is traveling to the U.S. for the first time, and I’ve booked her return ticket for 5 months from now. Her B1/B2 visa is valid for 10 years, but I’m a bit worried whether a 5-month stay is fine given the current immigration environment.

How strict is immigration at LAX for B1/B2 travelers? She doesn’t speak English well, so I’m also concerned about how smooth the process will be for her.

Fav body lotions for dry skin

I have extreme dry skin to the point it looks disgusting if I dont apply any creams.
I used Aveeno, Aquaphor advanced therapy, and nothing works.

I recently started trying palmers combo. Palmers oil topped with body lotions topped with palmers body butter which kind of works. But its so tiring sometimes to apply.

If you have anything that worked for your extremely dry legs/ skin- please throw in your recommendations

I’ll be in Austin for 4 days and am specifically looking for:

- Great idli, dosa, and vada (authentic South Indian tiffins)

- Good filter coffee

- Places that also offer takeaway-friendly curries or dry items (something that can travel well on a flight)

Location preference: Near The Domain or within a ~15–20 min drive

Would really appreciate specific dish + restaurant recommendations 🙏
