How much does PMP knowledge transfer to CPMAI?

I just passed my PMP (literally today)! Now I'm looking at the CPMAI. I'm wondering if I should immediately pivot to studying CPMAI so I don't forget PMP knowledge or if it matters at all. For those who did their PMP and then CPMAI, how much did your PMP knowledge apply? Is taking the CPMAI while PMP is fresh in your mind recommended?

Pitching to lifestyle reporters?

I'm in-house for a personal finance related nonprofit that also works with a PR agency. We want to get some of our financial advisors interviewed in lifestyle related media. I thought this would be easy - who ISN'T talking about money right now? It overlaps with everything: travel, beauty, careers, etc. But we are hitting a total wall!

We just cannot get responses or pick up. We got a few last year, only 1 so far this year. I'm really shocked.

Our advisors include a lot of younger women who have interesting careers stories and great media presence, so it's not the stereotypical stodgy finance bros. They can give great responses on things like how gambling has taken off, TikTok trends, Americans moving abroad, beauty on a budget, etc. The non-lifestyle reporters I work with come back again and again (including legacy outlets like the New York Times) because our financial advisors are such a great resource. But lifestyle just isn't working! We are stumped.

Any tips? Happy to provide more examples.

Help! Sleep/bed Avoidance

I'm desperate. I have become completely sleep/bed avoidant at night. Anyone experienced this and have tips?

This isn't about insomnia, it's about avoiding getting into bed. I very much have a late night chronotype, but I generally have no problem falling asleep if I get in bed after midnight. But lately I can't make myself get into bed. This has been going on for around a year. Several nights a week, I'll procrastinate on getting into bed to the point that I will get only 2 or 3 hours of sleep. Saturday night I stayed up all night. Just didn't go to bed at all!! For no reason!

I'll often end up eventually falling asleep on the couch and sleeping there the rest of the night (therefore not brushing my teeth or taking my meds). I will be SO tired and just cannot make myself get ready for bed and actually get into bed and turn the lights out.

I think this is a combination of ADHD/anxiety/hypermobility pain with sleep/intense fatigue so a bedtime routine feels like too much/general unhappiness with life and myself. It's to the point now that my sleep avoidance feels like a form of SH. It is going to ruin my health.

Anyone have tips? All the usual sleep hygiene doesn't work for me. I can't make myself do it, just like I can't make myself get into bed. My therapist isn't helpful. Seeking ADHD meds but haven't gotten them yet due to other health issues.

Anyone have this happen to them? I was sitting with friends when I had sudden double vision. Went to the ER - no stroke, no tumor. Went to the ophthalmologist - nothing physically wrong with the eyeballs. I had vertical binocular diplopia. Two weeks wearing an eye patch on one eye and now it's mostly better.

The ophthalmologist thinks it could be caused by the Lyme disease. I had signs of Lyme back in 2024 and did 10 days of doxycycline and had no other symptoms. A blood test in February of this year showed I had Lyme (whether the same, or a different case). I just finished a month course of Cefuroxime. Now about 2 weeks after finishing it, the double vision! It is slowly getting better, however.

I've also been diagnosed with dysautonomia and hypermobility and lax ligaments (suspected EDS), all of which could also cause double vision. Anyone experienced this??

Anyone have sudden double vision? I was sitting with friends when I had double vision, totally out of the blue. Went to the ER - no stroke, no tumor. Went to the ophthalmologist - nothing physically wrong with the eyeballs. I had vertical binocular diplopia, it has slowly resolved itself after two weeks, though I still have eye pain.

I've been diagnosed with dysautonomia and hypermobility and lax ligaments (suspected EDS) and Lyme disease, all of which could cause double vision, I've read. Anyone experienced this??
