Does this look like virus to you?

Someone told me that this Orchid may have a virus? What do you think? She just bloom and I'm a little sad if she has virus. She's a Pot Dick Smith 'Dark Beauty'.

Found this species orchid at Dinho Supermarket in Chinatown, Atlanta

Paphiopedilum Concolor

She's still a baby. Wonder how long it would take her to produce blooms. If anyone has this, do share some pictures below.

These two sneaky ones jumped into my cart when I'm not looking. So, I have to bring them home

The Pike Nurseries in Peachtree City, GA, just received a new shipment of exotic orchids. There are many varieties.

I really love Blue Moon Stone Rose but...

I'm not sure if it's suitable for my zone 8a. If you have a Blue Moon Stone rose, please share some pictures.

Is it disease resistant and heat tolerant in zone 8a? Do tell. Thank you very much.

How would you describe the color of this rose?

It's a Sunbelt Savannah but just not sure what to call this color. 🤔 orange? Pink? Salmon? What do you think? Btw, she smells like Lychee.

This is hands down the best smelling rose that I've come across...

If you cut up a bowl of apples, apricots and berries, and then stir it up with some honey, that's exactly what it smells like. It smells delicious. And it's blooms continuously!

The name is Sweet Mademoiselle.

I finally figured out what this Sunbelt Savannah rose smells like...

If you have ever smelled or eaten the Lychee fruit, that's exactly what it smells like. Smells juicy 😋

Wanted to upgrade my wife's natural diamond wedding ring from 0.75 carat to 1 plus carat.

I bought the wedding ring more than 25 years ago. I just went to check the prices at the jewelers. 1 carat natural diamond ring is so expensive nowadays. The seller suggested that I get a lab diamond instead. He said they are real diamonds but a lot more affordable. So my question is, is lab diamond acceptable as a gift to my wife as an upgrade? I plan to keep the original natural diamond ring for her as well. What do you, ladies and gentlemen think?

I love English roses but most David Austin roses don't do well here in zone 8a...

But then I saw this English rose (not DA though) at Home Depot. So, I decided to give it a try. I planted this on Mother's day and this is her today, covered in blooms. Glad to see she's doing well in this hot and humid Atlanta weather. The name is Scentuous. And she smells so good like a tea perfume.

First bloom from the Scentuous that I planted for my wife on this past Mother's day.

More blooms to come as it is literally covered with buds right now. And the smell is just so beautiful! I'm in zone 8a.
