Trump did in one sentence what a hundred State Department briefings had spent weeks trying not to say: the campaign to gut the ICC isn’t about sovereignty, it’s about Bibi. Rubio stood at Camp David and dressed the whole thing up in the language of American self-defense, arrogant judges, illegitimate overreach, a court coming for soldiers who never signed up for its jurisdiction. Then the president, almost bored, waved it away and told everyone what it actually was. A tribunal built to try the people who order war crimes is being dismantled, brick by brick, to keep one man off its docket. And the closest thing to honesty in the whole affair came from the one person who wasn’t even trying to be honest. Somewhere in The Hague, the warrant is still sitting there, unenforceable, un-embarrassed, waiting for a world that still believes in it.

This comes from a new creek I’ve been hunting recently, I’ve been seeing a lot of hearth stones here so I’m thinking it’s probably close to an old village or camp.

It has five small dots and a ring groove, three of the dots are in the center, one on each side of the triangular cross section and two of them sit at the bottom on either side of the groove.

A friend of mine gave this to me because they knew I was into artifacts, they really thought that it was a genuine arrowhead, they wouldn’t tell me how much they paid for it but I got the impression that it was upwards of a hundred dollars. Now it has a permanent place in my collection to show people what to look out for.
