New to Hiking

Hi I just moved to WA and what are some good beginner hikes. For reference I work in North Bend & live in Sammaish. Also what apps (if any) are recommended!?

Driving only

Hello, I would like to plan a sunrise trip. Where is the best place to park and watch the sunrise and the mountain. For reference I am coming from issaquah/Sammaish & have a truck. I do not have a discovery pass. I don’t mind getting/doing whatever I need to.

Dog Set Up for Taco

What’s yall dog set up in the taco? I have a Great Dane who’s getting up in age and it’s becoming tough for her to jump up. So any pics/recs to make our journeys more easy on her LMK!

For context, I don’t have anything set up on my bed, she just hops in the back seat and I have a blanket down & seat covers.

I don’t want to be an SM anymore

Just as the title says. It’s becoming so exhausting chasing these metrics and unrealistic standards. I became a store manager to make sure partners feel supported and know what resources they have and hire the people who genuinely want to make coffee and talk to people. I always tell people during the first sip to take advantage of the benefits. I take advantage of the benefits.

Lately it just hasn’t been the same. I’m always having to schedule training for these stupid new drinks. Struggling to figure out a layout for cold bar. I’m told I need to work nights plus I need to run peak.

I don’t want to quit because I’m still doing ASU. Also hey case I’m stubborn and don’t want to let the siren win (I know she will.) I also don’t want to leave my partners. I know they look up to me and I’ve turned the culture around but I am just so exhausted.

I want to just go to a whole new district as an ssv & pretend I was never a store manager & go back to having a normal life.

Is this a good tip?

I want to make sure I’m tipping my dashers well since I will literally dash something 2 minutes away. & then I always add another 2 dollars when they drop off the food.
