Anyone know why it was raided today?

I’m a type b FTM about rushing transitions which has resulted in my almost 2.5 yr old still drinking 12oz of milk from a bottle daily (6 in the morning before bfast, 6oz after dinner). She’s also a paci user only for sleeping.

The timeframe has escaped me honestly… I recently had a miscarriage and lost my dad with the year. In my brain I just wanted to keep comforting my LO.

Aside from not wanting to take away creature comforts, we’re also moving this weekend (only 30 mins away).

Would you recommend taking away the bottle and paci now or hold off during the move transition? With everything going on and starting potty training - I felt like I would be introducing too much stress. I’m open to anything and everything in terms of honesty! Any creative ideas

FWIW: At daycare - she does not use a paci.

I’m new to the neighborhood area - it seems like from the naval academy bridge all up through the peninsula has terrible Verizon 5G service but their map says it’s covered…?

I reached out to Verizon and they said “they’re aware of the issues and they’re working on it”. Have people been reaching out for months and it’s never been “fixed”?

I was trending at a 8:00-8:20 race pace with a few HMs under my belt until may - then I got pregnant. Unfortunately it ended in a MMC, I had to take the pill, and was finally cleared for running again. Today was my first “official” run back (I had ran here and there during my first trimester)…. I could barely stay under a 9:30 pace.

I’m frustrated with my pace time (on top of the weight gain). Has anyone had similar return to running timelines? I have a 10 miler at the end of August that I’m now nervous for.

Everything has been so depressing across the board

I got pulled over on west st Monday morning for having Virginia plates. There was no primary offense other than straight up having VA plates. I’m a resident of Maryland, however my husband is active duty stationed in VA. Military are typically exempt from the change.

The whole interaction with the office was… odd. He explained there’s a task force to address VA plates in MD (I was familiar and saw that on the news) but the fact that I wasn’t doing anything wrong and he sent me off with a warning…. Wtf?

Nothing inappropriate happened.. he was respectful and let me go within minutes after running my CAC. I’m just curious if anyone had a similar experience. It was a marked AA county cop.

My husband and I are looking to move into the area. We love west Annapolis or the broadneck district. For parents of kiddos in west Annap - I know the elementary school is fantastic but it seems to fall off quality wise after that. Is that accurate? What’s everyone’s experience with middle and high schools districted to Annapolis HS? Do you just got private?

Just curious how we’d justify a 875k home and not being thrilled about the middle/hs situation.

During the summer months, I work remotely downtown because the traffic is so bad near my daughter’s school for me to turnaround and go back to pg county (I know, I know).

I’m looking for a more permanent space instead of coffee shop hopping where I could have reliable WiFi and not be annoying to neighbors on calls.

Conventional/unconventional spaces work - any suggestions or known rental spaces?
