should necrozma get earth power
if i had to say one thing about all steel types in master league, its that they're defensive, which is obvious
however, if i had to say a second thing about steel types in master league, its that they all have a move to hit other steel types for super effective as you can see from every master league steel type ranked 98 or better (specifically 98 because chill drive genesect is ranked 99 and i cant justify it being walled by steel unlike dialga which is well "more dragon than steel")
zacian - close combat
zamazenta - close combat
metagross - earthquake
gholdengo - focus blast
solgaleo - fire spin/flamethrower
melmetal - dynamic punch
jirachi - aura sphere
heatran - fire spin/magma storm/earth power
kartana - sacred sword
earth power (90 base power) is also stronger than dark pulse (80 base power)
even if necrozma doesn't run earth power, the threat of it can make zamazentas think twice before no shielding
action points displayed as floating point variables for some reason?
choose your path timed research encounters are electabuzz and magmar
this seems a little suspicious (read description)
at first i thought that Rayquaza Mega Energy would be under the "and more" for the Free Timer Research... but if so why would the Rayquaza Mega Energy be explicitly stated for the Premium Timed Research?
this could imply that the free research doesn't give Rayquaza Mega Energy
do you think the background solgaleo from 2024 go fest ticketed research will be shiny eligible?
exactly as the title states
am i the only one upset at the lackluster amount of 5 turn moves?
and to a certain extent 4 turn moves too
we literally have confusion, gust and volt switch for 4 turn and incinerate for 5 turn
genuine question/discussion, which form of go fest/go tour release do you prefer?
option A:
Palkia/Dialga approach
pros:
- catch the pokemon in its "raid" form
- can be traded
cons:
- cant use old pokemon (ivs or shiny or powered up already)
- has a chance to not come with signature move
option B:
Necrozma/Kyurem/Zacian approach
pros:
- you can use old pokemon you caught
- guaranteed signature move
cons:
- you have to do 10 raids to get sufficient energy
- some cant be traded (more of a fusion issue technically)
(then theres option C eternatus you get one chance for it and its basically free but powering it up is the biggest money grab)
how to play palkia into white kyurem lead
i have dusk mane and dialga in the back so i pref dont want to save shields
if i throw instantly i risk a catch, if i overfarm i lose CMP or get outpaced, and i dont think i should be catching an ice burn onto dusk mane or dialga for different reasons
palkia users, how do you play out this lead?
