so blood orange is playing near me and i’m thinking about buying tickets. the reason im not sure is that ive only tried out his new album. i absolutely love his songs Look At You, Thinking Clean, and Somewhere in Between, like they have effected me so much and gotten me through hard times. could i have some thoughts and song recommendations based on what i mentioned earlier? please and thank you!

i hear a lot of people talking about this song being the best on the album, but for me nice shoes is the superior half. last night when the album dropped, i danced in my backyard in the dark of night to this song and had one of the best experiences ive had in a good while. the first half is so high energy and the new sound is super good. the spoken word enhances the sound fs. unrelated but an andre feature would’ve slapped on the second half tho

i am aware that usually artist that let shit simmer get more hype. around a month ago i dropped a 15 song album. this was a travis scott, tlop inspired album. ive been working on a 9~ song neo soul album that still needs mixing and work done. this album’s quality far exceeds my previous one but i don’t want to put out music so frequently. i think ima wait and work on this album for a while to refine down which tracks i want and which i don’t. this got me thinking tho, how long should i wait between drops on average. before this album i had dropped another album 11 months before, and the one before that around a year ish before that. what do you guys think

so a few years ago i was very into dream smp (like a TON of people) and i watched these video essays on it using a minecraft replay filter and the actual dream smp map (i think a world copy) and i remember them being surprisingly high quality. i dont remember much but i want to take a trip down memory lane and recall some lore. he had TONS of videos but some i remember in particular is one about lamanburg, disc wars, dream escaping prison, jshlatt assassination (this wasn’t its own video but apart of the lamanvurg ep i think?) anyways sorry for being vague but i really have been craving a rewatch. also each episode was well over an hour long i believe
