Everything except for the PA state grant is available to accept and im not sure if i should submit my other offer acceptances because the grant is locked. Tried calling the FA office and have been on hold for over an hour

I swear i hate this stupid system, it has a mind of its own to point where the people that work there cant even give you an explanation as to why something happened, and it leaves no paper trails or clues to indicate why it does certain things. ADP has made me look so incompetent at work which damages trust between myself an employees.

Let me set the scene. We have 165 employees that work out of 20 different locations, so i depend on onsite managers and employees clocking in so we pay people correctly.

An employee called me and let me know that she is short 15 hours! 5/25 was a holiday which we get paid for and then she took off the next day. Im aware that PTO and holidays does not accumulate OT. Cool. Fine. All together she gets 97 regular hrs with 1.5 hrs of OT. Please tell me why it only paid her for 82.5 hrs. No explanation.

I hired a girl yesterday and put in the wrong position/employee id number. When i click into edit position it doesn’t give me an option to. I called ADP, and of course they tried to walk me through some long drawn out process of creating a new position, but i want to save my company money if i can. (I asked the rep if that was going to cost us money and she gave me some weird elusive answer). I feel likethere has got to be another way

So yesterday I was scammed on Facebook marketplace by the hippopotamus that you see in the photo. He sold me the Meta Jen, two knowing that it had a charging and connection issue. Im a sore loser and don’t like being played with so I will be taking him to Small Claims Court, but just thought I would come on here and see if anyone knows a fix for the issue im having.

The glasses pair fine, but disconnected the moment I take them out of their case. I also realized that there’s no indication that they are charging while in the case either. I have read that there is no possibility to fix them, but I’m not sure. Helpppp
