What are my options if I want to put a hand guard on a Keltec RFB?

How do the 20rd Magpul Mags (MFR#: MAG658-BLK) compare to the 30rd (MAG573-BLK) do the 20 rounders have reinforced feed lips? They appear to be half the cost. It does not seem to specify whether or not the 20rd mags are Gen3 or not.

For those of you with a Sig 716i. What is your overall experience with it?

I was in Vienna visiting family and decided to stop by this afternoon to check what they had. I was looking to buy a .308 and Sig GTO, but they unfortunately didn’t have what I wanted. I hung out and spent some time looking around to see what else might interest me, but most of what they had was overpriced and didn’t scratch my itch. While looking around I struck up a conversation with another customer discussing local ranges and we happened to have a few things in common. Then some guy with an accent (maybe the owner) rudely approaches me asking me if I’m going to buy something and accused me about being a liability in his store. Mind you I had already asked him about an item and he had blown me off to help another customer. Now he decides to embarrass me in front of other customers as if I’m a nuisance. I was just talking to a like minded customer killing time while his staff helped other customers. Little does this idiot know how much I actually spend on my hobby. BIG mistake, HUGE mistake. I’m a loyal customer at Clark Brothers. To the point that most the long time employees know my name and I know theirs. They treat me like family, but most of all respect. Over the years they have educated me about firearms and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience there. This experience at the Vienna shop was total BS. The guy that approached me is a schmuck. It took a lot for me to keep my cool and walk out without chewing him out. I don’t recommend supporting an establishment that handles their business this way.

What mags are you all running with the bore buddy builds?

Looks as though Beretta discontinued the mag adapter for the CX4 that allows for the use of PX4 mags. Does anyone happen to know where to find a used one? Or happen to have one they aren’t planning to ever use?

It’s my understanding that you need the magazine adapter and magazine release.

I recently picked up an S&W FPC 22LR and liked it so much that I got its companion pistol the 22x. I know that the Taurus TX22 is all the rage these days, but I generally lean more towards hammer fired when given the option. That said, I was very impressed. I put about 300 rounds of CCI SV through it (unsuppressed) without any hiccups. Didn’t clean or lube it, just opened the box and fed the magazines. It feels good in the hand, the sights are nice and I enjoy the higher mag capacity. It’s shaping up to be one of my favorite range toys and I suspect it will be a huge success for S&W provided they can stay on top of tier QC. Hopefully we start seeing some aftermarket support for it. It already offers lots of value as is. I especially like that it shares mag compatibility with the FPC 22. I’m to the point now that I prefer to standardize my mags as much as possible. Lately I’ve been buying older tube fed 22LR rifles to avoid buying further into another manufacturers magazine ecosystem.
