Is there any extra steps I need to take to ship this rug from the us to Germany or does Etsy take care of everything? If so please explain to me as if I am a stupid baby. I had no clue someone from Germany would buy my tufted rug considering it cost them 112 dollars in shipping and 45 dollars in tax. Now I feel obligated to make sure this gets to them correctly.

I have been dealing with this lump for about 3 years now. I’ve tried salt baths and I’ve tried ointment. When I finally gained the courage to go to the clinic.. it vanished and I wasn’t able to find it but it’s back for sure now. For context, it’s a lump about the size of a grape, it’s completely painless, very squishy and I can only get it to really show itself after lots of external stimulation with a vibrator or after shaving with my women clippers. I never feel it when sitting down nor does it ever cause me discomfort. It has not made my life difficult in any way besides just scaring me that something might be wrong. After external stimulation it is a bit firm but not stiff, still squishy. But after hours have gone by, it’s like it almost vanishes and just feels like I have one slightly puffy or swollen lip compared to how flat the other is and only can get it to come back by irritating that lip. I’m in the process of trying to get health insurance because as a 28 year old woman I should have that but money has been tight and my job only offers dental insurance and therapy. Has anyone had or dealt with this before or could give me any guesses before I go down the rabbit hole and assume I have cancer

This is going to sound like a really dumb question but I just got a gravel bike and I’ve been having tons of fun on it this past week. I’m 5’4 and I’m riding the ozark trail gravel bike with drop bars, made for 5’5-5’10. So I had the seat low so my feet can touch the ground after I stop. The guy at the bike shop told me my seat height should be at my waist instead, but when I raise the seat that high or even close to that high, my toes are barely touching the ground and after I stop, I find myself tipping over trying to get my toes on the ground with this bike being a little heavy. My confidence on the bike is plummeting and I don’t like anyone watching me come to a stop now. Is there a reason why the bike seat has to be that high? And is there some risk or consequence or I lower it? Ik the guy at the shop said something about it putting too much pressure on my hands or wrist or something.
