about two months ago i noticed that my alternative picking is lacking, sometimes i just forgot to do it and did economie picking naturally, i started to train with low tempo like a beginer and soled it i was back to playing normal, but now i was just practicing some scales and suddenly again, i cant preform alternative picking and naturally i go to ecenomie picking, any help? has this ever happend to you?
