My vaginal issues began with my EX. I used to enjoy sex without ever thinking that yeast infections, UTIs, or BV were ever an issue for some women. Until I got with my ex who gave me HPV warts.
Thank God, I used at home remedies (ACV) and its been over an year since the warts were healed. However after that period treating the warts with Vinegar, I started dealing with a bad smell after sex.
I assumed that I was just allergic to that ex, so we continued ignoring it. I was also fairly new to sex so I thought its normal to be allergic to sperm (reddit tales) .
It was infact not normal. That was BV that happened every time I had sex. With a fishy smell. I broke up with that ex and my current boyfriend is who forced me to seek medication. I did get antibiotics OTC (im an intern on a salary of $250 per month and cannot afford proper gynae care that I need here) and the noticeable fish smell and thin watery discharge that was a tell tale sign of my bv went away completely.

Other than feeling depressed about my inability to properly be present sexually for my man, I feel helpless..
