Which medium is most successful in getting the message out?

While socmedia seems the standard, people tend to insulate themselves in reaffirming bubbles. Are bill boards still a thing? Or advertising buys on Fox?

Do some people just not really want to sell?

There's a house in my neighborhood that's been on the market for three months. There's been seven open houses and no price reductions. Generally, houses in this neighborhood sell within a week or two, leading me to believe it's overpriced.

Why aren't there more billionaire progressives?

This is a low effort post which needs no further explanation and will probably be removed due to lack of elucidation. There seems historically to be lots of cruel conservative billionaires. Some cruel billionaires became progressive, possibly by remorse, after crushing people.

This bloom showed up on a hybrid tea "Elle." I bought it as a bare root (not grafted) many years ago. The pink bloom almost looks like a David Austin

"Daycationers" at condos

I've stayed at some condos that sometimes get overrun with daycationers: people who come for a day and pay to use the pool. Sometimes it's a lot of people. They are noisy and messy.

Anybody had to deal with that?
