Hello po, as the title suggest. I recently graduated college last June and got a financial account. I would like to ask advice for those people who also have a hard time speaking in English when they are starting their BPO experience. And if you can also lend insights how will I improve my communication skills. Well, I've done some speaking exercises which is talking to AI and having impromptu speech before I sleep but I still want to enhance it further. Thank you so much, Ate's and Kuya's!

It's been 14 years since you're gone, Papa. That also means, 14 years celebrating Christmas and New Year without you.

I recently graduated college last June, and after a month I got a job from a good company. I always pray that I made you proud wherever you are. Things turned not good with Mama, I'm also not with her anymore, she has her own family. But still, I managed to survive day-to-day of this sometimes cruel and sometimes cool life. I'm scared about having a real job and creating my path on my own. There are days that I wish you were here to guide me and talk about my decisions in life.

I badly wanted to hug you right now, Papa. I miss you so much.

Hello, will start soon po for an entry level position. As this will be my first job and no experience po sa BPO industry, fresh grad.

I am just wondering if yung training po ba ay paid na rin?

If training ba ay morning or night shift na rin?

What to expect sa CCB?

What I need to know before joining the team?

And if talagang normal po ba na hindi agad mag-send ng Day 1 arrangements, I'm worried lang po kasi huhu malapit na start date pero wala pang email.
