Jessy and Italian Mido

This season is gonna be a train wreck and we already have a couple who I think is going to have the most drama this season. Jessy has high expectations and standards and Italian Mido is not gonna meet them.

Why did they replay Last Week’s Episode???

I thought we were watching the new episode of Last Resort and apparently they played last weeks episode instead of the new episode. I’m not the only one who caught that lmaooooo. We were seeing ghosts in this episode.

I was wrong about Maxwell

As a Nigerian American before going into this season after what we saw with Daniel and Lisa I saw Maxwell and Nigeria I was like oh crap not again lol. I started to watch more of their scenes Maxwell is not a bad guy at all, he’s more like Michael in a way and not overly tribalist and traditional like Daniel and not flashy like Usman aka Soja Boy. He has a job reselling cars in Nigeria and good family foundation.

Do you all watch Search For Uhuru?

On YouTube I found this channel called “SearchForUhuru” the guy that runs the channel who goes by Dynast, Prince Dynast or Omo Oba Dynast Amir he’s a pan Africanist who’s gone to various African countries and talk about issues around the continent. I’ve been listening to his recent live streams there’s a lot of back and forth between Nigerians and some west Africans vs Black Americans arguing about the diaspora in America/ Tariq Nasheed FBA stuff.

I (M 24) like this girl and I don’t want to mess it up how do I go about it?

I’m 24, finishing up my last semester of college this fall. There’s this girl I had classes with this past spring that I’ve been thinking about. We sat next to each other and small talk here and there about assignments and labs.

Then we started talking more she’d email me if she missed class and needed notes from lecture, and I’d send it without hesitation.

Got to know some things about her along the way she’s an international student who transferred from community college like me, we’re the same age, we both started in the same major before switching to something else.

Going into the fall I want to approach this differently than I have in past situations. Am I reading too much into friendly class interactions? And what’s the best way to build on something this low key without making it weird or coming on too strong?

Club teams in Africa?

I’m Nigerian born in America and I’m starting to get interested in Soccer or Football with the World Cup being here in America and Dallas where I was born and raised where the semifinals is taking place between France and Spain, they’re also using my university’s soccer field as a training site for all the teams that play here in Dallas. In a lot of discussions I hear about players from different African countries going to Europe to play for club teams, get developed and play for their national teams, are there any clubs or leagues in Africa? I learned the other day that there’s a league in Nigeria and there a club in Southeast Nigeria in the state where my parents come from.

I called it and Everyone wants Micro Transactions out of CFB 27

I made a post about 31 days ago about CFB 27 starting to feel like NBA 2K with the VC. Now the game drops tomorrow and many big content creators have come out and said that this game needs to remove micro transactions and I agree.

I always wanted to play the old NCAAF games after watching so many content creators mod the 14 and it feels like yesterday when I bought CFB 25. I’m holding back on CFB 27 until they fix this problem.

Shekinah vs Thais: Go Back To Your country Brawl

Shekinah likes to start fights and interject herself into conversations that have nothing to do with her. Why is she offended by what Patrick said? She’s not a girls girl but why get offended? Thais in this situation I’ve never seen her lash out like that until now and then her later arrest. But the go back to your country comment was wrong when most of the couples including your husband are immigrants.

Too Old to Get Married? 90 Day Fiancé: Ashia and Maxwell

More drama between Ashia and Maxwell. Is it too old to get married in Nigeria from 35-38??

u/PowerfulAssistant738 — 4 months ago

Maxwell’s Mom and Older Women

Coming from the Nigerian Culture it’s taboo for a man to get married to an older woman. We’ve seen other Nigerians on this show get with older women but with Maxwell’s family they’re serious about their first born son being with Ashia because they want grandchildren and they don’t think Ashia is a fit for them. Being the first born son or first son in a Nigerian family is big responsibility and there’s expectations of you. With Maxwell’s mom she’s like some of the Nigerian mothers and aunties I’ve seen here in America vs being in Nigeria. When she’s talking about submission Nigerian women will submit to their husbands but some in some cases the men will be the head but the women will run things or be a lioness in the family and that’s where we have Maxwell’s mom.

Ashia Meets Maxwell’s Family 90 Day Fiancé Season 12 Episode 7

So Ashia and her mother go to Nigeria and meet Maxwell’s family and things get tense. If your future in laws asked you how many children you want and you say two it’s not enough for them lol. The sister is going to be something to watch and the mother is not happy.

Aisha meeting Maxwell’s Family

As a Nigerian American I’ve been waiting for this moment lol meeting the parents is not easy. There’s a difference between meeting Nigerian parents in America vs meeting them in Nigeria. In America they’ll ask you questions about did you go to school? What job do you? Are you Christian or do you go to church? That’s common among Nigerians here in America. They won’t tell you they want six grandkids. Blaise is going to be challenge for Ashia and the mother too you don’t want to disappoint Nigerian mothers. So far Maxwell is not as problematic as Daniel.

The Tailgate Rule

Any southerners like me here? What’s the big deal about sitting on the tailgate? I’m from Dallas, Texas and lived here my whole life and never heard of it. Maybe it’s a redneck thing or a Deep South thing.

Is it me or does CFB starting to look like the old NBA 2K games from the past?

After watching the EA review presentation and watching content creators play the beta, CFB 27 is starting to feel like NBA 2K from the past, I think of NBA 2K on last gen before it got worse. CFB 27 might be the deepest game between 25 and 26 just like NBA 2k16 being by far the best 2K which is debatable lol. But when NBA 2K16 drop ten years ago it was so deep compared to 14 and 15 just a few years into the PS4 and XB1 era. I hope EA doesn’t pull a 2K and start using VC like those Dynasty points for micro transactions.

Shekinah and Thais Beef

I don’t get it. Why is Shekinah all worked up because Thais unfollowed her, if someone unfollowed would you even care? No. Shekinah is a drama queen and this season is going to be miserable listening to her yap about small stuff.

Aisha and The Prophet

Coming from a Pentecostal background I’m familiar with Aisha speaking in tongues like she’s does which is mentioned in Bible. Her talking to the prophetess is the things mentioned in the Old and New Testament about false prophets and teachers. I don’t know her friend but I’d use discernment to her prophecy over Aisha and Maxwell but that trip will tell something.
