Bio:
Carrie was born in the Jefferson Memorial in 2258 during Project Purity. Her mother died due to complications her father and the doctors were not prepared for (which Carrie would irrationally take responsibility for later on). After her mother’s death, her father, Dr. James Osborne, left the Project bringing it to a halt for nearly two decades. He moved to the town of Megaton where he struggled to care for his infant daughter. The town’s Mayor, Lucas Sims, advised him to go to Vault 101. Osborne gathered his belongings and left the town.
After much lobbying from the vault’s Overseer, he was let inside on the condition that he never leave. Osborne agreed and moved in.
As Carrie grew up, more and more people knew she was from the surface, and they bullied her for it. She felt like she didn’t belong there but never understood why until she was 19 years old and her father left the vault. She went after him and learned the truth about her origins.
While doing so, she met the military faction known as the Brotherhood of Steel. After proving herself by going on high risk missions and coming back alive, one of the group’s highest ranking members, Sentinel Sarah Lyons, vouches for her inclusion in their ranks. Her father, Elder Owyn Lyons, agreed because he trusts his daughter’s leadership and judgment. Carrie was then given the rank of Knight and invited into Beta Squad in the Lyons Pride Strike Force. She would form strong bonds with her team.
Personality: INFP/J
Carrie is very good natured. Often not getting into trouble unless someone drags her into it first). She feels her emotions deeply and attaches meaning to everything. She is curious, observant, and has a softer appearance than most which causes some to underestimate her. She is more rigid and tense around other people and only softens around those she trusts. She struggles to trust people because of the bullying she received as a child, but when she does, she gets extremely attached.
She is extremely capable in combat which gave her a place in the Lyons Pride. Others believe she doesn’t deserve her status, and those opinions get to her.

Loyalty
Observant
Self-Awareness
Adaptive
Weaknesses:
Self Doubt
Clinginess

It was really fun to work on the armor of my region in the United States. This suit will be featured prominently in one of my characters backstories. Let me know if there are any changes I could make. What I struggled with was the horns and making it more aggressive looking. I ended up doing something similar to what I did with the X-02 by having metal horns holding the ears to that shape
Lore:
The M-68 and X-02 were derived from the same E-003 pre war blueprints. It would become standard issue with the Midwestern Brotherhood of Steel in the 2220’s. It was predominantly worn by Elder Lyons during the migration from the Midwest to the Capital Wasteland in 2255. After (at the time) Star Paladin Lyons and his followers found a cache of M-45 and T-45 power armor, the armor was largely retired mainly because of upkeep and resource limitations. After the Broken Steel war in 2278 Elder Lyons’ suit would be displayed in the War Museum as a reminder of were the chapter came from, and the leader they had lost
Your height in power armor is dependent on how tall you are and the model of power armor your using
This is a 5 year long personal project of mine to reinterpret Fallout 3’s story into something more philosophical and ideological. Not just simple good vs. evil. Applying more meaning to “War Never Changes” and “Everyone wants to save the world, they just disagree on how”. Colonel Autumn will be treated as a villain that knows exactly what he’s doing and knows why he’s doing it, and can be agreed with to an extent.
