Nyx buttermelt blush and my unnecessarily dramatic history with it!
My nyx buttermelt blush arrived today!!! (Butta than before)
This is random but in 2025, i was in US and i bought the nyx buttermelt blush. I was there for almost 2.5 months and didn’t use it a single day cuz i absolutely fell in love with the formula and wanted the first use to be on a special occasion (DUMB af).
I come back to India and when the special occasion finally does come, I DROP IT 😭 It literally just broke into pieces and fell on the floor so I couldn’t even salvage it.
I was so sad I tried sourcing it from everywhere but didn’t trust any of the sellers. I even had a relative willing to ship that 11$ blush for 100$ after seeing how sad I was (I obviously refused 😭).
Eventually everything was either way too expensive or just didn’t feel trustworthy, so I gave up.
And then on Aug 15, I open Reddit and see that this blush is finally in India. Only 4 out of 12 shades were released here BUT the exact shade that broke my heart was one of them. the best part was that, my birthday was the very next day😭 I t just felt like a sign that it was finally going to be all good and maybe I was meant to wait 😭🎀
