why sensitivity and technique matter.
the stutter step in sports is basically removing the reaction part when playing so the signal that goes from your eyes to your brain and then you move. you are removing the
brain-move part when stutter stepping and when you get moving its easier to adjust...
stutter step is essentially expecting something to happen.
are you following?
so if you always move your mouse while holding an angle it will be easier to micro adjust to the head because you virtually have 0 static friction.
and also there are different people with different kinds of muscles some have fast twitch fibers really advanced like low sens players in cs . and some have more strong fibers like higher sens players. (i forgot the name of the other fibers but take it as slower reaction but more precise.) fast fibers have an easier time doing faster tasks and also react faster but strong fibers are slower but more durable, so if someone has bad fast fibers they naturally transition to higher sens because they need to compensate for the lack of reaction
players with advanced fast twitch fibers benefit more from moving their mouse because while moving you already have the muscle activated in a sense also they are very sensitive. you remove the factor of lets say tiredness (fast twitch get tired really fast.) because you already feel how tired you wrist is... its really hard to explain without a collage degree haha.
it could be fixed by just playing at a lower sens but you loose the all the benefits of higher sens. so if a player with bad fast twitch muscles would play a low sens they essentially lose on reaction time. all of this is something that you cannot change in the course of life and or train it its basically genetics, im not 100% sure about this claim and will need further research
dont be discouraged, genetics set constraints, but skill determines how close you get to those limits.
if a person with good fast muscles played a higher sens they would lose out on accuracy and also strain their muscles too much over time leading to pain.
i honestly dont know how you would determine what kind of muscles you have because im not a doctor but i know for myself that because i played professionally (sports) and have undergone testing.
if anyone has something to add or disprove my claims feel free to comment.
sorry for going on such a long rant, take it as thinking out loud, but this makes a lot of sense to me.
running cs2 and then aimlabs makes the game better for me.
hello, i need help with something... if some of you could try and start cs2 play a game or 2 or just let it sit... run aimlabs full screen for some time and then shut down labs and go back to cs2. DO NOT SHUT DOWN CS2
for me the game runs 10 times smoother and looks 10 times clearer for some reason. i think the resolution change makes a big difference here but im using 1280x960 in both i don't understand whats going on but it works every time for me.
I just had a breakthrough
stop and never focus on your crosshair again, for me it became a feedback loop that i couldn't get out, for the last week i tried everything every training every practice but nothing helped i would go under 1kd in the warmup server
i was so stuck overthinking about crosshair placement and would just often be stuck spraying everything but the enemy when the solution was right infront of me... just look where you are shooting. and i tell you its an eyeopener. the 'muscle memory' of spraying just does its thing and when i start spraying maybe too high, low, left or right i am aware and can correct it.
after trying repeek on refrag it clicked(because every spawn is you kissing the wall) after that literary maybe 100 kills in repeek i went to the warmup server and dropped 400 to 200 (2kd)
i feel like donk and expect to play the next major with me luck.
edit> blasting music too... really did something for me hope it helps someone
