Does anyone know of any good Spanish leftist/anarchist podcasts?

I know democracy now has a Spanish broadcast but I personally don't know of any others. I'm also aware of the Pie de Nota pod but I haven't watched enough of their YouTube channels w captions to even tell really what kinda views they hold lol. Seems maybe leftist tho, or mainly Mexican political news, with a progressive leaning... maybe not even, idk 😅

"Biological sex has no concrete basis in biology"? Anyone care to enlighten me a little

Quote from Gare in ED. I hope yall don't assume I'm just anti trans for not instantly agreeing with Gare. I just can't because I am v uneducated on trans matters, which is why I'm here asking..... literally in good faith, why this quote is true?

I know how reddit works tho, not to mention online leftists generally, so let the downvotes commence!

▲ 129 r/walking

Is running for excercise actually better than walking? Does it correspond to earlier heart disease?

One of my teachers in middle or high school told this to me, she said walking was actually healthier.... I think she's maybe wrong but have never looked into it. Please help! I wanna get in shape!

I'm a 29 year old male, quit smoking last year. I could see how she'd be right if you're elderly or in a dangerous state of health, but aside from those factors idk.

Books similar to After The Revolution? besides those by Ursula K. Le Guin and Ocatvia Butler, because that's a given

I don't actually know how similar Le Guin and Butler are to Robert's writing, I just assume those are the instant recs because they seem to be the only two fic writers anarchists/leftists/progressives rec.

I was thinking The Iron Heel but haven't read that yet, I own a copy tho. Haven't read Robert's book either but my library has it so I'll prob give it a shot eventually.

Are riots ever morally justified? What's an ethical response from the state towards such events, assuming they're justified to some extent?

Please explain why you hold your views also. Pictured is Kansas City, April '68

As w my last post I'd love to hear yalls opinions and as always NO FED-POSTING AND DON'T INCRIMINATE YOURSELF OR OTHERS!!!

I repeat again: NO FED POSTING!!!

For those noticing a strong absence or overwhelming agreement of a specific viewpoint, keep in mind that certain views are best left unsaid in 2026 and it's hard to judge exactly how many hold those views.

Thoughts on the role of "peace police" at protests?

For those unaware of the term, "peace police" is a common phrase referring to people at large demonstrations, often wearing yellow or high visibility vests, and they attempt to act as a buffer or barrier between the crowd and cops or other targets of their choosing. Their duties don't always end there, they frequently enough will engage certain protesters, disruptive crowd goers or counterprotesters. These engagements don't always end positively though as in the case of a fairly recent No Kings day in Salt Lake City.

They are the subject of much discord here in the states between more or less law abiding protesters and orgs employing and supporting the "peace police", and more aggresive or active folks who view them as counter-revolutionaries or even virtual extentions of the state employed officers. I'd love to hear yalls opinions and as always, NO FED-POSTING AND DON'T INCRIMINATE YOURSELF OR OTHERS!!!

I repeat again: NO FED POSTING!!!

My last word on sports riots: isn't it funny how the criticism towards such acts (Wow they're burning their own town?? ROFL) is the exact response directed towards more respectable/understood riots? (George floyd, Watts, MLK)

Curious...🤔 and again I'm as opposed to ppl mobbing other sports fans as anyone else. Just an observation.

Would I prefer folks riot over something truly infuriating? Ofc

Would I enjoy it if a hooligan riot broke out near my house and my car was torched? Prob not

Do I have a strong point I'm trying to get across here or did I think through this v much before posting? Nope

Missed connection: nice, pretty lady leaving blues on the green

I'm a 29 year old dude and you were a little younger than me. You were leaving and carrying some stuff and you seemed tired and or a little inebriated. We were talking briefly after somebody introduced us and you asked if I had seen the sky. I said I had and that it was dark out lol. You then complained about how many police were around.

WIsh i could've got your number but I was also v tired and didn't think. Crossing my fingers you see this bb

Why are certain US leftists/progressives skeptical of the possibility general strike?

Idk how many skeptics there actually are comparable to the folks who think it's actually possible, but I've noticed more than once somewhat recently the skepticism of even the possibility of one occurring. Robert obv feels diff.

What are yalls thoughts? Have you heard or noticed these views w other leftists or do you hold them yourself?

Great informative pod ep that I think most of yall would appreciate!

It's a Spotify link to the podcast Final Straw Radio. The recent ep is about the world cup and the Olympics and the bad consequences associated w the events. I'm not a sports ball guy but I'm not trying to hate on sports fans. That last part of the spurs game was pretty cool but this bigger stuff seems worse than anything re the NBA finals/playoffs.
