Did the clothing allowance get paid out? I got a deposit from the Va for $1053 but it doesn’t say clothing allowance and I don’t see anything when I check payment history in the VA app

Say a friend of mine lived in California. He had a Cali compliant legal AR15 and a hand gun. If he plans on moving to CT what’s the procedure or process so those 2 guns are legal in CT? Are AR15’s banned in CT? The handgun is a Springfield XD40.

Not really sure how hard it is to get Glocks right now. But by the time I get my permit, background and all they done it’ll be literally right before or right after Oct 1 when Glocks are banned. Is it illegal for a buddy of mine who already has his permit to buy the Glock and once I get my permit to sell it to me? Everything will be legal and done through the FLL I believe that’s what it’s called.

First time father here and my daughter is a little over 2 years old. Going to start with potty training this weekend and I’ve bought a bunch of training underwear. My girlfriend is like our daughter still needs pull-up diapers to wear over the training underwear. I was like why though and she said so she doesn’t leak pee on everything. But I was like won’t that defeat the purpose of her having the wet sensation on her that’s supposed to help with her not wanting to be wet and hopefully get potty training done fast. I’d rather just go balls out and only do training underwear but she wants to use both. Just trying to see what approach a lot of yall did that worked.

Not really sure how to start with this. Did yall just ditch the diapers and use underwear. Or did yall use pull-ups or something? My daughter is 2.5 and I really need to start trying with her. I feel the longer I wait the harder it will be

Both Ariens….2024 24inch Platinum 369cc engine $1300 and 2025 24 inch Platinum 389cc engine $1500. Is it really that big of a difference? I have the option for both the 389cc engine is $200 more. 369cc is brand new and the 389cc has less than 10 hours on the machine

Have any of yall put your kids in swimming lessons? My daughter is 28 months she says a few words less than 10 and she understands when you are talking to her. Just curious if I should put her in swimming lessons or wait

So I have 2 10x10 flowerbeds on both sides of my porch. I just recently cleaned it out and no I’m ready for mulch, top soil, flowers and all that. I’ve never designed a flower bed or anything of that nature. I’ve seen some YouTube and TikTok videos of how to make a flower bed look nice and not look like a bunch of mess in there (less is more). So my question is for both flower beds should I make them identical with the same flowers and locations of the flowers or have both sides completely different than the other as in flowers, colors, etc.

So I just got my little golden doodle guy this past Saturday. He’s not my first 8 week old puppy but he’s super chill and listens and everything which is amazinggggg. My French bulldog that I got 4 years ago was an absolute terror Tasmanian demon for the first month lol I’m a grown man and I almost wanted to cry lol. But this little doodle is so amazing I’m hoping this is just how he is and will stay cool and chill and not turn into a demon lol
