Please can you help me find my go to/ everyday look. I’m 47 going through menopause and lost confidence in myself and my makeup abilities. I’ve not done a proper ‘face’ in nearly 3 years. Just something simple, like me but on a good day!

Having a nightmare with my pinstripe calathea. It was doing fine in winter, happy on a windowsill. I didn’t move it in time and it got all scorched leaves. I’ve done everything I can; repotted with a mix of perlite, bark and soil, treated for any bugs etc but the leaves keep curling up and dying. I’ve even switched to rainwater/mineral water and got a water soil meter. She’s just not happy!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Please help. My bichon chihuahua cross has me pulling out my hair! She is 3 yo. She HATES anyone going near her face or touching it (& her paws). She has always been like this and trying to clean her eye gunk away has been nigh on impossible. When she was spayed under anaesthetic they shaved the last lot off and I built a routine of wiping he face with a wash cloth. But the crusts still built up. I’ve tried long periods of positive reinforcement, rewards etc. I still cannot get to the crusts to remove them.
I can’t afford to put her under anaesthesia again but I have tried long periods of positive reinforcement with no luck. Help please
