Odd issue I've noticed, when I'm using the Gh5 with the PL 12-60, it shoots on continuous high at full speed. When I switch to the Panasonic 100-300 mega ois. It cuts my fps quite significantly. Also weirdly when I switch from Manual to Shutter Priority that changes the fps as well.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong here?
Quite truthfully, I've fallen down the m43 rabbit hole very quickly. Found a few good deals on m43 gear so I've gone from having one EM-1 and Pana 12-35 f2.8 that I didn't use to the point that it is currently on long-term loan to a friend.. to having a GH-5, E-M5, E-P5, Pana Leica 12-60, Panasonic 100-300 Mega OIS, Oly 12mm f1.7, Oly Pancake, Olympus EZ zoom pancake and a Panasonic 25mm f1.7.
Wasn't looking to fully jump ship from F to mft but here we are. Realistically, other than trying to get to grips with the GH5, I'm planning to sell most of the unneeded stuff. Given that the PanaLeica 12-60 covers the 12mm range, do I need to keep the Olympus 12mm? Understood that theres a couple of stops of light there extra, but from other users here, is it something you use often?
My normal kit before this week was usually the following.
D4 + 24-120 / 80-200 f2.8 / Tamron 150-600 G1
ZFc + 24mm f1.7 dx / 16-50 dx for travel
Hey, somehow managed to score a GH5 and Pana Leica 12-60 f2.8 for £200. I've been primarily a photographer for over 10 years now, always wanted to do some video but could never justify the expense or full switching to E/MFT away from F.
Closest I came was almost getting a G9 for birdwatching and airshows.
I've watched a couple of YouTube tutorials on how to set it up and I seem to be getting increasingly lost.
I've mainly used the D2/3/4 and a ZFc as my travel kit.
Any idea where to start?

Lost my Mrs at the end of last year, didn't want to send her into the beyond with a bad hairdo.
So the only hair I have left of her is random fairy knots I find lying around the house. Any idea how to undo them to try and braid them into something usable that looks nice?
I did use to braid her hair on an evening, but I have no idea how to undo knots.

Had one platoon sgt who refused to give time off for me to see a dying family member and said I'll only get the time off when the person is dead and he sees a death cert.
Dude was overruled by OC in about a minute after he heard him say that.
Also ran an underground canteen during XWB working with the civvy staff to bring in extra goodies. CSM tried to restrict it to be Platoon Sgt and above only (I'm just a lowly LCpl), RSM/OC overruled him and said everyone can participate and all the more that the whole thing was being run by an LCpl. CSM was displeased that all the MBs in my platoon were turned into mobile ninja vans during the exercise but couldn't say anything about it because everyone was implicated below and above his rank.
