I screwed up big time. Pls delete if not appropriate for this sub.

Supposed to move away in less than two weeks for a one year masters program. After watching my older sister secure a student line of credit without even needing a cosigner, and from my very naive understanding of how school and banks work, I thought getting funding for my program would be easy, so I put off applying for a student LOC to about 3 weeks ago.

Well! I got my student loan assessment and that will only cover around half of what I need, which I expected. I applied for a student LOC at two different banks with two different cosigners and was rejected due to the cosigner debt ratio being too high once my LOC was considered.

Now I'm at a loss. I have a couple other cosigner options, but they all also have debt, only one has a decent income but she may not be able to help because of other circumstances.

I wrongly assumed that the bank would give me money because they would see that my program will lead me to a high paying job that will make repaying easy. Turns out the only reason my sister had that success is because her degree was seen as a healthcare program, and mine isn't.

Any advice other than dropping out?

just dyed my hair dark brown from medium brown. I used 4A dye with 10vol. All was well until I started running out of dye at the end, now my roots/top of my hair look spotty. Can I just re-dye my whole head tomorrow with more dye to address it, or do I need to spot correct?

Also, I noticed there is red tone in my hair even though I bought an ash brown and used an anti-red pouch to counter out any red tones. Im thinking of just getting like a dark green manic panic and mixing it in with my conditioner to tone my hair to a neutral brown??

I have a 2024 venue essential. Have had it for less than 2 years. The AC does what Ive seen other Hyundai owners post about; it starts cold and then just goes warm, sometimes getting cold again for a moment but usually not unless Ive turned the AC button off and back on again.

I took it to the dealer and they did a bunch of checks, found a leak and replaced my compressor under warranty. I did have to pay for the diagnostics up front until they could be certain it was a manufacturers issue and not my fault for it breaking which I did not enjoy.

Well, even with the new compressor it still doesnt work properly. I checked to see if there's a software update that I need after reading other reddit posts, but looks like I'm good on that front.

I really don't want to bring it back to the dealer because at least in my town, the dealership is known to be pretty useless and i'm worried if they can't find what's wrong, they won't reimburse me for the diagnostics fees.

Anyone had the same issue and resolved it??

We have a long feather boa type cat toy and one of my cat treats it like prey and hunts/traps it, but my other one catches it and then just licks the feathers non-stop until we intervene. Not concerned necessarily but whats he getting out of it?
