[HIRING] Team of Gen Z UGC Creators for our VC backed app. (Base pay + Up to $4k/month, US BASED, Long Term)

Hey! We're looking for creators to do short-form content on TikTok and Instagram promoting our app. We are VC backed and need to scale ASAP. The more the better, we have no cap on how many people we bring on!

  • We provide proven formats and scripts we've already seen perform
  • We teach you the niche so it comes across naturally on camera, no prior knowledge needed
  • We sign a contract upfront so you know exactly what you're getting
  • Performance bonuses on top of base pay

Great fit if you:

- [REQUIRED] Based in the US

- Have a phone and 1-2 hours per day

- Want recurring income (paid bi-weekly)

- Good lighting, nice camera presence

The work: at least 25-30 videos a month, cross-posted to TikTok and Instagram on fresh accounts you create and own for the project. Mostly talking-head, where you deliver our scripts in your own words, mixed with reaction/app-demo and trend-audio formats. We set the mix based on what's performing and what suits you, and adjust as we go.

💰 Base pay + Up to $4,000 a month in bonuses (will be sharing more details on call on our bonus structure)

How to find a primary care doctor?

I shifted here a few weeks back and still haven't been able to find a PCP. It's honestly annoying, especially since I've got some chronic health stuff to manage. I've called multiple clinics in the area and it's either they're not accepting new patients or the next opening is months out.

What's the best way to go about it? Feels like I'm missing something

Anyone else find it impossible to get a primary care doctor?

I relocated here a few weeks back and still haven't been able to lock down a PCP. It's honestly wearing on me, especially since I've got some chronic health stuff. I've called multiple clinics in the area and it's either they're not accepting new patients or the next opening is months out.

Offering a free month of primary care for honest feedback. Anybody interested?

I'm looking for folks willing to try something out - you'd get access to a primary care doctor for free for a month, no strings attached :)

Btw I'm Jay and I am the Founder @ Momentary - we're primary care that combines your medical records, AI and real doctors (Harvard MD) to give you instant, highly personalized healthcare. Think of it as having a doctor you can message anytime about any health question - we can diagnose, prescribe and refer you as well.

We're licensed in CA, and I want some local people to use it and get feedback.

Mods - if you feel this is promotional, please feel free to remove it. I'm not looking to monetize here. I just want to offer something I think could be useful, and hoping to get feedback.

If you're interested, do let me know and I'll personally onboard you!

I pulled what every Santa Cruz hospital actually charges for common medical procedures, the price gaps are wild.

Insurers are legally required to publish their negotiated rates with hospitals (Transparency in Coverage Act), but they bury it in massive, nearly impossible to access files. So I scraped millions of these pricing data points across California.

Interesting findings from MRI pricing data in Santa Cruz County:

- An MRI in Santa Cruz County ranges from $919 to $6,964.

- The 1-star Watsonville Community Hospital charges $919, while the 4-star Dominican Hospital charges $6,964.

I've only done this for common procedures so far (MRI, colonoscopy, PCP visits, ultrasound, X-ray, etc.). You can have a look here: https://momentarylab.com/california-care-atlas?metro=central-coast

Interesting findings from colonoscopy pricing data in Bakersfield:

- A colonoscopy in Bakersfield ranges from $1,235 to $12,065.

- The 3-star Mercy Hospital Downtown charges $5,873, while the equally rated 3-star Adventist Health Specialty charges $12,065.

Finding a Primary care doctor in SF feels impossible?

Been here about a month and I've called maybe a dozen practices. Half aren't accepting new patients, the rest are booking 2 months down the line. My insurance is fine, it just doesn't seem to make a difference.

What are people actually doing for primary care here? Feels like I’m missing something

Edit: Adding recommendations below if it is helpful to other
- One Medical
- UCSF Adult
- Momentary (momentarylab.com)
- Carbon Health
