"Traffic rules go in vain." [OC]

Somewhere in a Karnataka tier-two city, the entire footpath is occupied by fruit vendors. Bike riders have never heard of traffic rules at all, and the circle is quite large — it should have been a bit smaller. No traffic lights have been installed, and other vehicles are also not following traffic rules. Pedestrians are roaming haphazardly on the road. Driving a car here is like playing a video game.[OC]

Well I heard abr Aryan and Dravidian theory ( some Indian do look more like Iranian (pakistani etc) and some more like typical south indian(bit darker complexion) like in western countries how they have genetic testing for ethnicity south asian people especially like indian descent.

*I know what is big drama happening in india and surrounding it's neighbour countries, some people are in favour of Aryan and Dravidian theory and some are very against of the same but I am not here to discuss about political aspects of it and may be politics is the one thing which is opposing this theory I am just here in a pure scientific way.

Tried dialing in my moka pot today with an espresso blend and got a result I didn’t expect at all.

Used:

Preheated water

Medium-fine grind (espresso blend)

Filled the basket fully (I did press it slightly this time)

Medium-low heat

The extraction looked really nice — thick, dark, syrupy flow — and the final cup had a good body with a smooth, almost glossy surface.

What surprised me was the taste: 👉 It was citrusy + bright, not overly bitter

👉 Still had a thick, strong body like I wanted

Honestly didn’t expect that kind of brightness from a moka pot.

Couple of things I’m unsure about:

Is slight tamping actually hurting my extraction here?

How much does grind size affect bringing out those citrus notes in moka?

Any tips to push this even further toward clarity without losing body?

*FYI I know it is not technically called as espresso but just I tried moka coffee more like espresso (so don't flood with message saying omg 😱 it is not espresso)
