May I know if IDs are not applicable as Proof of Residence?

Out of curiosity, since 'di ko masyado nagagamit Gotyme (Mari user), pang separate ko lang as personal goal saving kumbaga. Then yun nga magpapacashout sana me, tas nakita ko ito?

I was confuse at first cause in the first place I don't have Unionbank, second I never technically use Gotyme that much (including the card) so paano me magkakaroon ng gantong interaction...

Hi, it's been 2 weeks since yung nag open me account for my payroll account sana and I chose Chinabank . For context I'm a working student fortunately earning 30k+, and for 7 months now, I'm using maribank as my payroll. But lately I'm thinking of maximizing credit cards and such, so I'm aiming sana to change my payroll account then apply to a traditional bank for my 2nd credit planning to apply (I have maya landers na so 2nd tho first for traditional bank).

So, I chose CBC kasi ayun malapit, but ayun nga... Kakastress yung problem na na encounter ko sa App and even yung debit Activation is not working on my end (I did what's indicate doon sa sobre).

I went already a week ago sa branch na pinag applyan ko, sabi wait na lang daw nezt week (ang sabi nila prior 3 days, so if another next week that's 10 days na, this is for atm activation pa lang ah). Then, sa app naman, I already registered sa app nila din... Approved abd for the the like naman after 24 hours since I received the email.

When I tried to log in, it keeps on saying na (Incorrect details provided

The details provided are incorrect. Please review and try again.) even though ayun ung credentials ko tlga.

So, I went ulit sa branch ask for confirmation, ask if pwede ko na lang ba ireset baka nakalimutan ko ba tlgs or mali tlgs log in ko etc, ang sabi wala pa raw sa database or smth yung application ko sa app?? Eh ano yung na received kong email na approved after 24 hrs waiting??? Ang gulo!

Then sabi uli, try ko delete app, shutdown my phone. Then after a day or two download ko tas create account or ung red sa baba na "Register Now", again ang sabi uli us ung Incorrect details blah blah...

It keeps going on, puro ganyan cycle even ung atm dko na na activate sa sobrang gulo. I emailed already thier customer service, pero generated response lang palagi.

So here's my question, anyone here who encountered this? Paano nyo po naayos, ano process?? Ang gulo eh. Before me pumunta ulit bukas sa branch, need lang assurance if maayos pa ba ito.

If not, can I just pull out my account? Like i won't use chinabank na if ganto pa lang issue na. I guess they don't care that much naman and for them I'm just a headcount, bawas na isa is nothing difference for them. So, thinking of taking away yung 15k na deposit ko ung nag open me account. Tho may 2k maintaining balance, can I also retrieve that? Or 13k lang makukuha ko?

Suggestion please help this d newbie sa ganto haha.

Wtf is wrong with Chinabank?

I did what's the steps says and yet puro invalid!??? So ano gagawin ko nito???

For reference, when I opened an account para sa payroll account ko sana, China bank gave me a envelope with Atm card and also in that envelop my steps, sabi text this number then text ACTIVATE first 6 digit number space last 4 digit number space birth year....

I Did and invalid!?? Nasayang oras ko kanina pa!

Hi po. I went to a chinabank to open a savings account (will use sana as may payroll account)

It's just I got confuse sa procedure na gagawin and such to activate the debit card na binigay nila. Also, how to use the app nila? Idk why it keeps rejecting me... Planning too to apply for the cbc Credit card.

To apply, do I have to come again sa branch or I can utilize the app?
