Hi, newbie here just recently complete 100 hour on MhRise. I mainly use DB before and now trying HBG or LBG.

I usually just like to play easily and not stressed dying and etc. Which bowgun is more suitable for me?

Do LBG die easily if I got to a wrong position or got one hit by monsters?

28 Male salary 5K have booked for rumawip Permaisuri Cheras @ 300K price tag.

The location is good and hot spot (well for my stupid opinion only)

Estimate completion at 2029 or early 2030. Is this a good investment? I will use that house to do room rental. 3 rooms and might consider partition another 1 room more. So 4 rooms!

My DSR is miniscule as I use 2ndhand car, no credit card yet (I should have for credit score earlier). Only Spaylater debt and ptptn lmao.

I just wanted you guys opinions on this one. It's not like I gunho about it. Might pull out before signing if it's not a good deal.
