This is my refinery building which I’ve been working on since I started the game.

My son and I play and I handle refining, resources, and power for the most part. This location makes some power but most of that is handled by a large system somewhere else. I’m always working on this because I’m always learning 😂. It could probably be done a lot better but it’s been great fun!

Sonny’s morning spot is on the deck box under the wind chime. His sister joined him this morning and he was not pleased.

First time she’s ever got up there. Sonny was fussing at us.

Trying out some new methods. Here’s the first - choice ribeye.

Cooked it a bit further than I wanted to but it was quite good. Bought an ash basket for my kamado that brings the coals right under the grates. Used binchotan charcoal (or the Vietnamese variant). First time using this charcoal - was able to cook open top the whole time with no flare ups. Going to be dialing it in with a few more choice ribeyes before buying dry aged prime. All in all, pretty pleased with it and it’s going to be a tasty process.
