Here’s what I think:
• Ruby and Mulan are lead characters. They return to Storybrooke and now run the diner

• We would get introduce to new fairy tales and more realms

• No more curses

• More interesting storylines like a team up of Red and Killian, August reconciling with Jiminy, Emma exploring the new realms.

• We would learn more about August, Granny and Blue

• Guest stars such as Danny Pudi, Josh Peck, Laura Vandervroot, Seth Green, Jason Bateman, Sarah Michelle Geller and Eva Longoria

I think it should be about them protecting Storybrooke alongside Snow, Ariel, Regina, and David. This takes place in an altered timeline where season 7 never existed.

Emma has stepped down as Sheriff so she and Hook can have a simpler life.

Obviously the show would’ve been better and we’d have Ruby basically being the most responsible character in the Frozen arc and a co-leader with Regina in seasons 5 and 7.

Belle would’ve been in a healthy relationship and basically have her independence beyond Rumple.

Basically if they kept his original personality in Modern SpongeBob. Also if Bubble Bass can become a main character then so should Scooter.

I think it’s “Playing the Field”.

I think it should be Tom Selleck or Bryan Cranston

I think:

• Ruby came back to Storybrooke with her real true love Mulan and they took over the diner.

• Emma stays as Sheriff and focuses more on a simple life with Killian.

• Grumpy and Nova finally started dating again.

• Despite her retirement Granny still likes to help Ruby and Mulan out in the diner (which would’ve explained her cameo in the series finale)

• August and Archie finally reconcile their friendship

• Zelena learns how to live without Magic and focus more on doing what Robyn wants.

• Maleficent and Aurora finally put aside their differences and learn how to get along.

Maybe instead Ruby remains as a lead character, Robin and Neal lives and we would get more fairy tale characters.
