So, im on bupropion for about a month. I can go to the gym, I eat healthy and feel less sad. The one thing that bothers me is that im really really tired and sleepy. I can sleep for 10 hours a night plus 5 during the day.

Guys, im feeling incredible. The only thing that doesn't go away is the sleepiness but im only on 150mg, maybe there's room for increasing it. I'm smiling again, went to the supermarket (there's been a long time since I've done that). Feeling awesome

Been on 20+ medications. Was hospitalized twice. I feel tired of fighting. This roller-coaster is too dangerous for us.
My diagnosis changed from bp 2 to cyclothymia.

First, English is not my first language. So, yesterday I heard my mom talking to me two times, I answered and then she said she didn't say anything and that were the neighbors talking. Today, I heard this sound near my ears just like a radio station changing (don't know if this make sense in English hahahaah). It happened for about 1 minute. It could also be a sign of early hearing loss.
I'm in touch with reality, know who I am, where I am, but keep hearing this things. I'm pretty much depressed

I've been diagnosed with cyclothymia but my depression episodes are really severe, can last months, I'll go without showering, brushing my teeth, going to the bathroom.
So, searching i discovered that depression in cyclothymia is mild and if it's severe it longer meets the criteria for cyclothymia
I was previously diagnosed with bipolar II and bpd, my symptoms are really severe, I attempted 2x. My symptoms include :
Mood / Depression
