Ok what is going on with De Ketelaere?
He had a good World Cup and is now playing so bad the last three games. He's had incredible chances to score and missed all of them.

When will one be available or will we have to wait for the Euro kits?
Basically just the title. I obviously know demand would go down, but I just feel like extremely popular restaurants are the one business that doesn't really follow the supply and demand curve that well. Like obviously demand is outweighing supply if your waitlists are that long, so why not just raise the prices so that the curves better intersect?
Why would a restaurant that has a 6 month reservation list not increase their prices so that their list is only 1 month?
Why would a restaurant with a 2 hour line not increase their prices so that their line is only 30 minutes?
Basically what the title says. I am seeing the movie and have very little knowledge on the story at all.
Do you think the movie would be better or worse if I knew the storyline and characters? Should I read a quick few page summary of the story before I see the movie?
Despite winning the match, are they still going to look into going against either of these organizations?
They made public statements regarding the possibility before the match, but I haven't seen anything since.
I was pretty excited to do it because it's close by, but I've been reading a lot about the hills and elevation changes being really hard,
I along with a lot of fans seemed to really liked Garcia, but it looks like some behind the scenes information about dynamics with the team and staff are being released that we originally didn't know about.
I don't know much about van Bommel. I know he's not Belgian, but I also know he won with Antwerp. Anyone care to share an unbiased opinion of him and how you think he will do?
Based on what I've read, the people in this sub likely tip less than the average restaurant is expecting tips to be. Tips allow restaurants to pay their workers less and thus keep prices lower on the menu.
Almost everyone in this sub is calling for tips to be removed, which I see why. If tips were removed completely, the restaurants would be required to pay their wait staff a comparable wage to what they are getting now or else they would seek employment elsewhere. This would require restaurants to raise menu prices proportionately, likely by the same proportion as their expected tips.
Let's give an example:
A restaurant expects tips to be 20%, and they price their menus and pay their staff with that assumption. Let's say this reddit on average tips between 10-15% on average.
If tips were made illegal. The restaurant would have to find that 20% somewhere, and it would have to be from their only source of income. They would have to increase their menu prices by around 20%.
Thus, this reddit is saving around 5-10% by tipping being in place.
I'm not saying that everyone in this subreddit hates tipping because it costs them more money, I think a fair share are against it because of uncomfortable situations, unfairness to workers, and is in place to make companies more money.
However, for those that are against tipping because it would lose them money, the last thing you should be doing is asking for tipping to be removed. In fact, you should be promoting the spread of tipping to every transaction that you take part in.
Going back and reading comments from the sub is very shocking. The amount of people that defended what happened is insane. I completely understand wanting to support your team, but I feel that most sports fans would draw the line at some point.
To be fair, I do feel that most people who were defending it in this sub weren't actually soccer fans or really even USMNT fans, but were likely people who were just cheering for the US in general. Based on all my actual experience talking with soccer fans and actual USMNT fans, almost everyone that actually knows soccer condemned the decision and understood it was wrong.
But now that all of those people who weren't really soccer fans are gone from the sub, are there people on this sub who still genuinely agree with the suspension? I mean people who actually watch soccer outside of the World Cup, premier league fans, la liga fans, etc, are there any soccer fans who actually thought this was ok?
I've been looking to get my first wireless thermometer, and I found thermomaven as a good budget option, rather than buying an expensive model like Typhur.
Then after some digging I started to see some similarities in listings and packaging. After looking at a listing of the Typhur Gold and ThermoMaven G1, I now think they might be the exact same brand, with the exact same components, just listed under different names with different prices.
Does anyone have insight into this? Is one better than the other or are they identical?
Sorry if this post seems like a rage bait I swear it’s not meant to, I’m just genuinely curious.
A family member has a shedding dog, and when they first got it everyone was like “what about the shedding?” and I remember thinking it was silly and it couldn’t be that bad.
I just stay the night at their house, and now I genuinely can’t believe that anyone would ever get a shedding dog.
There isn’t a square foot of their house that doesn’t have dog hair all over it. I woke up with hair in my mouth, I couldn’t even get ready for work because my clothes had so much hair on them, in one week later in my own house I’m somehow finding the dogs hair on my items that I took to their house.
Is this something that some people just really care about and some don’t care at all? Because to me this seems unlivable. I’m not even the cleanest person, but this is just taking it to a whole new level. I feel like for every shedding dog there is a non-shedding counterpart that you can get, so can someone explain how shedding dogs are still so popular?
I'm probably one of the most nostalgic people when it comes to thinking about the Golden Generation. I'm on the side of thinking it was one of the best national teams ever assembled, and it still hurts to think that team never won a major trophy. That team is why I love soccer, and KDB will forever be one of my favorite players ever.
I went into this World Cup a little down, thinking that a country with under 12 million people just got insanely lucky with that golden generation, and that we will be lucky to ever have more than 1-2 high level players again.
After this World Cup, I think totally different now. I am so impressed by these younger guys, and I feel that we have a bright future ahead.
While I'm not sure if there will ever be a team to match the golden generation from a pure individual talent level again, I have high hopes the Belgian's could win a a major tournament with a slightly less talented, but better put together team in the near future.
Thank you to the golden generation and farewell!
I won't provide all context (as I'm sure everyone knows it by now), but this is regarding FIFA's controversial decision to suspend Folarin Balogun's red card to allow him to play against Belgium.
Belgium stated towards FIFA that "the RBFA is investigating all potential options".
After being denied the appeal from FIFA, Belgium then made a comment regarding the USMNT: "The RBFA has informed the United States Soccer Federation that it contests the eligibility of the player, should the player be listed on the referee's team sheet."
This would not be able to be posted in any soccer related feed due to the emotions of it. But would it be possible for a lawyer to give their view on the legality of the situation from as unbiased perspective as possible?
Could Belgium seek a case against either of these entities? What court would it be in? Do you think they would win?
Against Senegal, he subbed out Doku and De Bruyne, arguably the two best players on the team, after a 0-2 deficit.
Against USA, he didn't start either Doku or De Bruyne, and preceded to win without having De Bruyne touch to pitch.
If he chose to not make these coaching decisions and Belgium lost either of these games, he would not have been blamed and it would have just been seen as a tough loss.
However, if Belgium would have lost either of these games with these decisions, the backlash against Garcia would be insane and he would have been immediately fired for these choices.
There are few coaches out there who would risk their entire career to do what they think is truly best for the team.
He doesn't care about anything except winning; we may be witnessing one of the greats.
I think that the new FSD is incredible, and drives better than most people I know. However, I think what it's lacking the most right now is the ability to give it basic instructions and save it to memory.
For example, at my apartment complex, I want it to be able to pull relatively close to the gate box and stop to let me type in the code before going forward again. Right now it pulls super far away and stops in front of the gate before getting confused and trying to reverse, so instead I just take over and do the rest of the drive myself.
Of course there are other instances like this. "Go slower in this area, take this route instead of another, avoid the right lane in this area because its bumpy."
For a processor that handles so much more complicated data and already has locational memory integrated, being able to give and have it remember simple instructions seems so easy for it to handle.
Why is this not a feature already? Is this more complicated than it seems, as to me this seems like something AI would be able to code into the software in an hour.
What’s the best of the NXXT gen vs NXXT gen AMPD vs NXXT Genisus?
What are the differences?
I’ve read different things online and don’t know which to get.
I mailed my freezing RC-600 to Roland thinking that it would be covered under warranty. ($40 in shipping costs). They had the unit for a week and half before telling me that it's not covered under warranty and would cost $450 to fix and send back to me. Or I could just have them ship the same unit back to me for $65.
I have no idea what to do. It seems like no matter what I just wasted $100, and I would have never payed nearly $500 to repair a unit that I could have just bought for around that price. I genuinely can't believe this.
Any advice on what I should do?
