Would making a vanilla gun replacer mod be worth it?[Fo4]

So last year I started and neglected a mod that would replace all the vanilla guns (regular and Uniques) of fo4 with the creations made by the lovely people over at nexusmods. I stopped this project because modding is hard and tedious. Would it really be worth the effort to replace EVERY single gun in this game? I also remember some people saying that some gun mods would be incompatible with super mutants so...
