Stars!!

I've been learning how to make these little chainmaille stars and I can't stop making them!! They are infuriating to make but I love how they look!!

(Also, if anyone has any tips for finishing thes bad boys that won't make me want to rip my hair out please let me know! It's always so hard to close them off. Idk if I'm doing something wrong lol)

Organization methods?

So I'm new to chainmaille and I'm wondering, what is the best way to organize jump rings? What are your methods? I'm currently looking at like a drawer organizer and then maybe just labeling the little drawers but I'm open and would love to know what everyone uses!

Learning!!!

I have been so pumped ever since I've gotten into chainmaille like 3 weeks ago! It has really helped my mood finding such a fun new craft!! I am learning new weaves almost daily! I'm getting a kit in the mail today (chainmail joe) and I'm positively buzzing with excitement!! I'm sure I'm being annoying to my friends and family because I keep bugging them about it just I'm just so geeked out!!!

Anyways, these are the three latest weaves I've learned! I'm very happy with them!!!

Headpiece pricing?

I just started out in this craft but I plan on making a few of these headpieces, not necessarily all exactly like this one but each unique, for a Renaissance Fair in November. I'm wondering how much I should price these? Note, I'm not very good at keeping up with mg time but these probably take at least 5-10 hours maybe? And in terms of materials maybe like 15 or 20 dollars? I'm thinking 50-75 dollars but I'm worried I'll price too low and make other artists doing chainmail look expensive thus hurting the market. If that makes sense lol.

Tldr: how much should I price this?

Hello! So I'm new to chainmail and would like some tips. Things like best metals jump rings to use? What are the perks of the different metals/the downsides? Best bang for your buck in terms of where to buy? Favorite tools? Best beginner weaves? I'm open to any and all tips and tricks!

Should I ask about Lupus specifically?

I've just restarted my what the hell is wrong with me journey. I went to a rheumatologist a few months back and got an ana panel done. Everything came back normal except for one thing which was just slightly out of range. But since then I've moved cities and I'm now ready to start this journey over again. That being said, I'm wondering if I should go into my first appointment specifically telling them I'm worried about lupus. I have a lot of the symptoms: extreme fatigue, redness in my face (picture shown), terrible joint pain (specifically in my hips), intolerance to heat, and a few other things that might be symptoms. I just dont know if it's good to kinda push them in a direction or not. Any advice?

Looking to upgrade

So I have an old Galaxy S20 FE 5G that I've had for about 5 years now. I really love my phone but it's just time to get a new one. I was looking at the galaxy s26 or s25 fe but other then the battery life and dimensions of the phone I can't find anything that separates the two. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or if you feel strongly about one against the other? I will say, I do like the dimensions of the phone I have now which is closer to the s25 fe...

Also I'm in the USA!

Drop in interactions

So I've been using Twitter for years at this point and I have a few thousand followers. Up until a few months ago I'd get pretty consistent interactions. But something happened and I lost about 50 or so followers and my interactions are just gone. Posts that used to get me a few hundred likes now barely get 10. Sure, maybe people just aren't into my posts anymore but it happened so abruptly I feel like it's something more. I checked to see if I was shadow banned and I'm not. Does anyone have any ideas?

Lady figurine collection

I've always been into little lady figurines, loving how beautiful they are, but my grandmother recently gave me all of her Avon bottles which had quite a few ladies in it and I figured I loved them so much might as well start collecting! I don't really look at worth, I only get the ones that are pretty to me. I just get them from thrift stores as of right now but one day I'll be able to actually put some money in this collection (I hope lol)

So I think my wisdom tooth is rotting. It's very sharp and I swear when I poke at it with my fingernail it chips away a little. And I'm definitely going to go to the dentist as soon as I can but the thing is, they are closed fri-sun. It's really uncomfortable, like scraping against my cheek with its sharp edges. The tooth itself isn't hurting but my cheek is swollen i think and hurts. So basically, is there anything I can do to make it less uncomfortable while I wait to call the dentist?

I'll attach a picture. It's not great since I was the one taking it and it's all the way in the back of my mouth but maybe it can help?
