Looking for an old recovery YouTuber

I’ve been thinking about a YouTuber I used to watch early in recovery who really helped me out, but I can’t find her channel anywhere. Would love to see how she’s doing now. Here’s what I remember:

- Watched around 2019-2021, but I think the videos may have been older
- Also had an active Instagram account at that time
- Channel was recovery-focused, and included story times about residential, etc
- Attended University of Michigan as a musical theatre major (I think)
- Always wore long, blonde braids
- Often wore a flannel
- I feel like the name started with R or A, I remember the cadence of those letters for some reason

WFPB with Allergies — advice needed!

ETA: any cooked fruits/veggies are safe.

My doctor has requested that I go on a whole-food, plant-based diet for a few weeks to see if it helps with my GI issues and chronic migraines.

I understand the basics of the diet, but I’m worried about getting adequate nutrition due to my allergies. I cannot eat any peanuts, tree nuts, or raw fruits/veggies with the exception berries and some leafy greens. This is due to a histamine intolerance / oral allergy syndrome.

Any advice or suggestions for meals / snacks that follow WFPB?

TIA!

Removing Lexapro

I know it’s not the first time this topic has been posted on here, but I couldn’t find an answer to my specific question:

Has anyone tapered off of Lexapro after being on both long-term? I’ve been on 10mg Lexapro for 1.5 years, and Wellbutrin for about a year having recently increased to 300mg XR. The combo works super well for me in terms of stabilizing my mental health, but I’m wanting to stop the Lexapro for weight reasons.

Any thoughts / experiences?

Grieving movement

Watched a phenomenal dance performance this morning, and hours later my mind is still running in circles about how much I miss being able to dance. This disorder took my greatest passion away from me. There was a time my body trusted me enough to move freely.

Gone too far

In early 2025, I (22F) lost a lot of weight due to illness. I was resting around 140lbs (5’7”) and ended up at 120lbs. This was honestly the happiest I’ve ever been with how my body looked, but I felt physically pretty horrible. My doctor sent me to a dietitian to regain some healthy weight.

Now I’m at 150lbs, and I’m constantly feeling bloated and even more tired than before. Not sure what to do at this point, but all I know is I want my 120lb body back. It wasn’t even technically “underweight” — the only problem was side effects of the sudden and rapid loss (20lbs in < two months).

Advice?
