Cage aversion

My sun conure has recently become VERY upset with me putting her inside her cage, to the point I have to catch her with my hands to put her to bed. Last night I caught her and put her in, and she was upset with me for a while afterwards before going back to normal. Tonight I had to catch her again (I’m always very gentle and careful not to put pressure on her body) and I’m worried she won’t forgive me this time. I don’t want to break her trust, please help.

Please help

Lately my one year old sun conure (100 grams, has all vaccines, bought at a pet store) has started making faint, rhythmic clicks under her breath, and I keep panicking about her possibly having respiratory issues. Shes done this before, but it stopped. It’s not consistent clicking and she has no other symptoms. It’s incredibly weird and worrying. Please help.

Head bobbing

My sun conure head bobs when shes happy or playing, I was told it was normal. I just saw a post on instagram that said it can kill a bird, causing neck fractures or something like that. Is this true? And if so how do I stop it?
(Cute picture for good measure)
