My new favorite keto snack

Shredded cabbage sauteed in bacon grease.

  • Uses up excess grease
  • Low carb
  • Low calorie
  • Filling
  • Lots of Fiber
  • Cheap
  • Easy

10 oz of shredded cabbage is like $2. This scratches an itch I can't fill otherwise on keto. It feels kind of like hashbrowns or noodles and is a great breakfast side. Also really enjoy throwing a bit of soy sauce and sriracha on it.

Give it a try!

I made an easy tool that filters Amazon search to the brands people actually trust.

https://mytrustedbrands.com

It helps me if I want to shop for something like clothing - there's typically hundreds of brands on Amazon which are coming from the same warehouses with lower quality assurance, stitching, etc. I can use the site to filter out the noise and find products from brands like Nike, Adidas, and others that I actually trust. I use over 7,700 brands on I list I've been working on for the past 30 days.

No install, no signup, no ads, no data harvesting, & privacy first.
Works on mobile & internationally.

Thought I'd share it here if people find it useful.

Cheers

very MESSY replay

- Map: Fear & Faith on the new patch, tunnels are utilized
- mid D3 ZvP
- Shenanigans, very scrappy play
- A couple big moments.

Mostly sharing for fun, but if you want to give me some pointers, feel free. Was not playing particularly well, so I made several mistakes.

Pain.

I've been working on a website to filter out 3p sellers and mystery brands from amazon for the past month, with a small amount of traction/money trickling in. Today was supposed to be my "launch", unofficially, just putting out posts to a handful of websites. I woke up to a massive response, not to my app, but to basically the same idea, open source, from a dev-influencer. It's got me beat on user experience. I had to make a couple counterintuitive design choices to work around affiliate guidelines and generate revenue.

Compare

mine - https://mytrustedbrands.com

I think that's a wrap. Onto the next one.

Tool to filter out low-quality brands from Amazon

I think we've all heard of how amazon and other retailers have problems with review manipulation, so instead of relying on star ratings, I have a tool to filter out third-parties & knock-off brands. I have a list of about 7,550 "approved" brands based on reputable business practices like warranties, length of business, and base of operations. Interested in sharing it with communities like these to get a broader sense of utility. Does the idea sound useful?

Cheers

How do we feel about ravager biles no longer one-shotting forcefields?

To me, it feels less clean, in a similar vein as the change to make siege tanks unabductable.

I don't even think it was that strong, it's sort of a niche situational thing.

Built a website that lets you filter amazon.com search for established brands

Check it out

--> mytrustedjungle.com

Used a lot of Opus 4.8, but the output can be so verbose. 99% of the coding was Claude. Maybe 85% of the debugging.

The problem I had was with a bunch of fake sounding brands clogging up my searches - t shirts from brands like "OORTOF", "BAREGNZ", or "Faflf" which are obviously reselling from Alibaba.

Didn't want to dig through the fluff in the search results, so this cuts them down to established brands only.

Give it a try, let me know what you think.

I built a website that lets you filter out drop-shippers and white-labelers from Amazon.com

--> mytrustedjungle.com

I've was annoyed that there's no easy way to filter drop-shipper / white-label brands on amazon.com with those nonsensical names like "OORTOF", "BAREGNZ", or "Faflf" which are obviously reselling from Alibaba, so I made a website that pre-filters them from an amazon search.

It uses ~4,500 approved brands partially seeded from https://github.com/chris-mosley/AmazonBrandFilter, and has some brand lists which help users shop by values too (Black owned business, veteran owned, and more).

Would people use this?

I'm not sure if this is technically allowed here, but hopefully it can help a few people.
