I’m currently FBO is20 stage 2 but I’m looking to take it up a notch.

My budget conservatively is $2700 but I might be able to stretch it $3500ish. Right now I’m leaning towards an is38 with a tune but I’m worried I’m going to want more power down the road and don’t want to have to get yet another turbo.

What is38 is the best bang for the buck? Heard good things about the EQT one but would I need to buy the actuactor and coolant union? It’s a bit pricy.

What’s the best time to accompany an is38? Should I just have a shop custom tune?

Last question, how much did it cost those of you to start running ethanol? I’ve been highly considering pairing it with the is38 so I don’t have to get it retuned and can just do it all in one.
