What is the attachment for self employed ITR?
I filed last May Annual ITR via ebir and paid via myeg ph.

Do I just print it then attach it or does it need to be validated/certified.

Hello concerned citizens esp parents! Our Pedia told us na wala raw Polio vax stocks sa Pinas.

I’ve been calling barangay since March kung meron na, until now wala pa rin.

Apparently nationwide pala ito, limited lang yung meron, yung private na earlier nakapag-stock. No worries sa mga nakapag-6in1 pero yung mga naka-penta vax no immunity against polio.

I would like to ask every moms here to call on our DOH, let’s file anonymously via 8888 complaint https://8888.gov.ph

Doing this for the babies, polio vax is important and should always be available.
