MSI RMA experience
Recently I used RMA service to get motherboard repaired or replaced under warranty
RMA ticket was generated on the spot where motherboard was picked up and dispatched to service center, was told will take 15 days but took like 3 working days and motherboard is already dispatched from their end
My concern is they closed the RMA ticket and claimed in the email that they have repaired the motherboard
I have post history but in brief I have had issues with POST and both CPU/RAM light being on and static for like >35 min
I have done intense troubleshooting myself, updated BIOS, ran Memtest on DIMMs, even ran JEDEC speeds, did power drains, single channel, dual channel
Everything didn’t fix the issue but temporarily it was working
Anywho, is there way to know actually know they fixed it other then me trying to re-building the PC? Cause there is no service report/log either
And I don’t want be stuck in loop of re-opening RMA ticket only to give up and buy another motherboard
Some good news if the RAM kits hit the markets PC building at decent price will be back on the menu
Unverified news but it something
here
Anybody bought anything from this place?
just asking around if they are reliable outlet for HDDs
Looking for 1 TB HDD purely for storage purpose so found this outlet
Looking to buy a UPS so I can safely shut down post power outage
Looking for UPS to keep my PC running and my monitor just for a few minutes post power cuts, at least 2 mins maybe 5 at most
PSU is Corsair RM750e
Both plugs are 16A plugs
Experience with Kingston Customer Service
Yesterday made a post got the email and even contacted seller where I bought the kit from
Is this really how bad Kingston post purchase service is?
EDIT: got the RAM inspected from PC hardware too just in case
Also now I have ran memtest on both no errors really upset me they denied the claim quicker than Insurance claims lol
How do I RMA Kingston RAM?
I had bought via MDcomputers, so there is no way to RMA via kingston site cause India even though you can choose via drop down menu can't RMA, anybody have any suggestions
I have had it with these memory training issues genuinely lost
I have add DRAM debug light issues pop around 9-10 months into my build it was smooth before that
Ever since last 3 months it has gotten worse, I made multiple posts (blunder is there in specs, CPU is 7600x)
I was running stable XMP 1 for 9-10 months on old BIOS build too, basically 6000 MT/s CL30 but past few months I got hit with restart related RAM debug light and randomly cold boot related both CPU and RAM debug light (both turn on at same time) I thought I would let it sit but no POST after 20 minutes usually meant I had power cycle
This was mostly temporary fix with flea power drain, did a BIOS update and BIOS reset, found culprit was XMP 1, ran JEDEC speed , tested restarts and cold boots ran smooth so I shifted to 5600 MT/s speeds and it was smooth (multiple restarts and cold boots) till I did cold boot next morning (like 14 hours later) and got hit with CPU and RAM light combo, drained flea power and it booted again so to test how bad it was tested a restart, got orange RAM light again
Reset CMOS, booted at stock after like 4 hours issues again
Kept single RAM stick in A2 removed the B2, booted, fine with multiple restarts but had to drain flea power twice otherwise I got both CPU and RAM debug light
After like 15 hours it booted without having to drain flea power, currently I have some work and studying so just running 1 stick but I am genuinely out of ideas as to what to do, my gut feeling says both sticks are fine
Maybe reseat the CPU? Who knows if anybody had to deal with similar issues please suggest something

Few days ago I made a post after making kind of a similar post month ago in regards to PC issues
TL;DR: Issues after issues even after BIOS Update regarding RAM debug light persisted, troubleshooting led to me culprit lowered RAM speed but I want run RAM at highest speed as per RAM specs without breaking the system
Issue was PC not restarting and stuck on RAM debug light (RAM training mode) eternally, this was only on restart and not cold boot but also occasionally I also got CPU/RAM combo debug lights on restart and sometimes on cold boot which went after draining flea charge.
After BIOS update the issue with RAM debug light persisted so essentially I did another BIOS Default settings and the system stabilised at JEDEC default RAM Speed, the culprit was XMP Profile 1 ie the highest speed(6000 MT/s) and lowest CAS Latency on my kit allowed
I have stabilised the system at 5600 MT/s XMP 2 profile with Memory Context Restore disabled
But I need help to squeeze 6000 without causing issues to stability

A month ago I made a post on here describing my issue with PC I build in November 2025
As per comments I updated my bios like 3-4 days ago to latest and after like few days of updating bios I wanted to clean installation of GPU drivers and restarting the PC I came across same issue again i.e DRAM Orange Light on restart for >2minutes and PC is running but screen never turns on occasionally I even get both CPU red light and RAM orange light. I would like to clarify before bios update there was issue with booting too DRAM light after turning off the PC and turning on in the morning some days it would boot no issues, some days booting up would give me both CPU and DRAM lights but after update it occurred once so far (both lights). Restart related issue still remains though
I genuinely don’t know how to proceed now, I will mention my specs below any help would be cool
