Finally, the mail man has blessed me
Genuinly one of the prettiest Artbooks I have seen in a while
Spotted this in the Knights of Guinevere Artbook and had to show you guys
Knights of Guinevere Artbook, Hardcover Edition
Just got this gorgeous Artbook in the mail. I was honestly kinda concerned at first that it was gonna be super thin and wouldn't really have that much content in it, but now I feel like an idiot for thinking so.
This thing is huge and super detailed. I don't regret buying this at all, the print is really high quality and the Artbook looks amazing!!!
My first ever Estie arrived in the mail - The Nouveau Bleu
Such a beautiful pen. Since it's design was inspired by Alfons Mucha I had to get the matching ink as well :3
Finished the Prolog for my story today and I don´t know if I should be please with it or if it´s in desperate need of a rewrite
I am pretty torn right now between being proud of these six pages or throwing them in the trash. English is not first language and don´t really know anyone who could test-read it.
If anyone finds the time, please let me know: Is it good, is it ass and if so, how can it be saved?
The prolog is only six pages so it won´t rob you of too much of your time I hope, the story genre will be medieval/fantasy-horror but there is not a smidge of graphic content in the prolog, so no worries there.
Thank you everyone in advance :3
Could someone read through the first view pages of this prolog?
Hi folks,
first of all, thank you so much for clicking on my post! I´m currently working on what will hopefully one day be a completed story. Right now, I´m pondering over the chapter layout but a couple weeks back I wrote the first four-ish pages of the prolog.
The story is gonna be medieval/ fantasy-horror, set in 1305 (at least I hope I´ll be able to pull this off) If you are super sensitive about religious topics, please skip this. I felt really inspired by Paradise Lost, The Divine Comedy and the much more recent Between two Fires. I totally get that these books might not be something everyone enjoys. Religion from a story and history standpoint has always fascinated me but the last thing I want to be is disrespectful. The story will revolve around the question what happens if God ever disappeared from heaven. It´s currently in the very early stages of "development" but I wanted a critique from you guys none the less so I know what about my writing style could be improved (and there is probably a lot)
English is not my first language (I really like the sound and feel of it tho, if that makes sense) and none of the people I know read, not to mention read stuff in English. So, I thought the almighty Reddit gods could maybe help. I´m currently kinda stuck in a hole with this one and I don´t know if I should continue at all.
As mentioned, these are only the first four pages of the prolog so it´s a super quick read.
Let me know what I could do better if you want to :3
We're halfway through the year. What have you guys finished so far and what are you reading right now?
Since January I managed to finish:

- The Red Winter
- Between two Fires
- Skavenslayer
- The Starving Saints
- A Game of Thrones
- Murder on the Orient Express (which is not fantasy but I didn't want it to feel left out of the group picture)
- Dark Harvest
- Amygdala

I'm currently on Clash of Kings and The Devils. What did you guys read this year and have you finished any books you particularly liked ? :3
2000 Delivious Day Artbook by Mao Momiji
This thing makes me so hungry yall😭
Sleepy Rowlet is finally healed
My little friend had a pretty bad tear under his eye, when he came in the mail. Did a little surgery on him and now he is all fixed up again.
It's not 100% clean since I did it by hand and I suck a sewing, but it's his unique feature now :3
Coworker gifted me his old mineral collection today
My coworker found out I'm into minerals and gave me his old mineral collection today. It had been stored away for like twenty years now and he was super hyped to find someone who actively collects.
I'm honored but totally overwhelmed. Most of the mounting-putty is super loose and some speciments are sadly broken. This is gonna be a long week of sorting and organizing boys, wish me luck
Any suggestions on where to start?
Rearraged the fantasy-shelf today :3
Ignore the pile of cats on top
Does anyone here own one of the Kaiyodo MiniQ Box sets?
Hi guys, does anyone of you own one of the MiniQ
Figure boxes? I found a store online that is curently
selling all four editions for a reasonable price and I
was wondering if they are worth getting.
Would you guys consider them good or meh?
Got mine almost 7 years ago. I always wanted a Zelda tattoo and as soon as I turned 18 I had this done. It's not done very well, I had no idea what to be on the look-out for when it comes to good artists, it's on my wrist facing the "wrong" way but I love it regadless :)
The ones I got later turned out way better, but everyone starts somewhere, am I right.
What's you guys first ever tattoo, how old is it and why did you get it?
Hey guys, I finished A Game of Thrones yesterday and want to start another book from my physical TBR list.
That pile is getting way too big for my taste but I'm not sure if I should go straight for A Clash of Kings or start something else that isn't as long.
Any recommendations or thoughts?
