First week on Zoloft increase, going up and down (share stories here please)

I’ve been on Zoloft for quite a while now, but upped my dose six months ago to 75 mg. I did not experience real side effects back then, but also was much better then I am now. 6 weeks ago I did a Stellate ganglion block and it did not went well. In stead of becoming better I became worse. It was horrible. So last week i decided to go up from 75 to 100 mg and I find it hard.
Most days are bad (housebound and couchbound) but for example yesterday afternoon I got Some little glimpses of good moments. But then this morning I woke up and it all sucked again. I also experienced headache, nausea, no appetite.
Can other people relate to dose increase in feeling worse? How long did it take to feel better? Please share you story here! Thanks!

Day 3 of increasing my Zoloft dose (bring on those happy stories☀️)

After a rough period I descided to up my dose 2 days ago from 75 mg to 100 mg. The past 5 weeks i was so anxious that i was mostly homebound. I had high heart rate, mostly in the morning and eating also made it worse. I did not became better so I descided to up my dose.
Today i took my second dose and I have some side effects. I have a headache, Diarrhea and i feel off. I just don’t feel good. Nausea and fatique. Also the tinnitus is a little worse, but I know that one will subside. Anyone else went through this? Tell me how long the side effects lasted? And when you started noticing effects? Help a girl out haha! Happy sunday 🤞

** **There is a pattern on this app that whenever I do a post with a question the most response is coming from this sub. People here share a lot of things that helped them or things they have experienced. And I am truly thankfull for that, I always get answers on my question or just a hug.
So to all of you reading this, thank you. And know you are not alone and we will get better. Lets keep eachother company through this rough times. ❤️🍀❤️

Day 2 of increasing Zoloft (all dump your stories here, so other people can read back as well)

I increased my sertraline yesterday after a very intense rough period.
The past weeks I did not feel good for a while already (very anxious, homebound, high heart rate etc) so i descided it was time to increase my dose from 75 to 100 mg. I was on 75 for a while and cannot remember i felt so bad after upping from 50 to 75.
So today i took my second dose and I have some side effects. I have a headache and i feel off. Tired or so? I just don’t feel good. Also the tinnitus is a little worse, but I know that one will subside. Anyone else went through this? Tell me how long the side effects lasted? And when you started noticing effects? Help a girl out haha! Ok thx

Anyone here on Zoloft?

Hi all! Today i upped my dose from 75 mg a day to 100 mg. I was on Zoloft for a long time at 50 mg and was quite stabile until last year something big happenend. Eventually i upped my dose again in oct to 75 mg. I went well without any big side effects but the hyperfocussing and ruminating kept being there on the background. That is why I tried a ganglion Stellate block, which unfortunately did not help me. It actually became worse.
It has been 5 weeks now and it did not became better. I have anxiety, higher heart rate (especially in the morning, i think it is cortisol or so?), I also have high heart rate after eating. It sucks and all started after COVID.
I contacted my psych and he adviced me to go up to 100 mg so i did. .
And now i need you, because I am terriefied i Will get worse offcourse. Also because I believe I have a wrecked nervous system.
So if anyone is here, tell me your positive story with upping Zoloft to 100 mg. Or just tell me your positive story. So that I can read it over and over again! (So don’t post something if it made you feel worse please 😉😁)

Thank you so much!

Did anyone do an organic acid test?

I have ordered (per advice of a nutrisionist where i am working with) an organic acid test. I was with shipping costs 500 fucking dollar, but heck, i already spend a fortune at this point.
My complaints are mostly high heart rate, fatique, palpitatiins after eating, anxiety and as you could read in my last post an insane reactive response to supplements. (Such a vitamin d, folic acid, zeolite).
I even did a stellate ganglion block but that did not help.
Anyone Here that did An organic acid test? And could you do something with the outcome?
I dont need a fake story, because i already bought it!
