MySpectrum still shows “Unable to Verify Your Identity”

Hi everyone. I am trying to get my MySpectrum account fully verified so I can access the Sign In and Security settings. I already completed authentication with an agent, but the app still shows “Unable to Verify Your Identity” and blocks every security option. I cannot access biometrics, 2-FA, or anything else.

During the chat, I even offered my birthday and SSN to move the verification forward. Instead, the agent asked for my mobile numbers and email address. After I provided them, she told me she “also went ahead and confirmed (the other number I added) as your primary to receive text messages and emails.” I did not ask for that change, and my contact information was already correct because I updated it myself in the app before reaching out.

Even after all of that, nothing changed. The app still sends me back to Contact Us or Chat With an Agent, and I cannot get past the verification block at all.

I need to know if there is a wait period for verification to refresh. If not, I need guidance on who can escalate this on the backend so the app finally recognizes that my identity has already been authenticated. Thank you.

TL;DR: Agent authenticated me, but the app still says I am not verified. I even offered my birthday and SSN. She changed my primary number without me asking, even though my contact info was already updated. I still cannot access Sign-In and Security. Need to know if there is a wait period or who can escalate this properly.

[Tenant US-CA] Worried About Thin Walls & Neighbor Sensitivity

I am moving into a townhome soon, and something happened that made me hesitate. My partner and I stopped by the place before 7 pm to check a few outlets and set up pest control foggers and spray. We were only there for about ten to fifteen minutes, and we only brought a few items since our full move‑in is planned for the end of August.

While we were there, I played an upbeat pop song on a small Bluetooth speaker near the door. It is part of a cultural & personal moving tradition meant to bring good energy into a new home. I did not play anything loud, heavy, or disruptive. The main door was open and only the screen door was closed, so the sound probably carried more than I expected. Since this is a townhome, I do not have neighbors above or below me, only beside me.

A neighbor complained almost immediately, and my landlord texted asking me to avoid loud music because the walls are thin. I apologized, but now I feel uneasy. We have never had noise complaints at our current place, and we always keep our door closed and listen at normal volume. Getting a complaint before even moving in feels discouraging, and I am worried this might be a sign of future issues.

My partner wants to move because the new place is closer to both our jobs, but I am second‑guessing things. I did not get a chance to apologize to the neighbor directly because their unit was closed when we left.

I am wondering if I am overthinking this or if this is just a normal new‑neighbor hiccup. Should I be concerned about long‑term noise sensitivity, and how should I handle things moving forward? Should we continue with the move?

TL;DR: Played a pop song on a small speaker while briefly checking a townhome before move‑in. Neighbor complained right away, landlord texted about thin walls, and now I am worried this might be a sign of future issues.

(CA) Worried About Thin Walls & Neighbor Sensitivity

I am moving into a new rental soon and something happened that is making me hesitate. My partner and I stopped by the unit early in the evening to check a few electrical outlets and place some pest control foggers and insect spray before move in. While we were there, I had a pop song playing on a small Bluetooth speaker near the door. It is something I do as part of a moving in tradition and cultural superstition to bring good energy into a new space.

In our current place, we have never had noise complaints, but we always keep our main door closed and listen to music at normal volume. At the new place, the main door was open and only the screen door was closed, so the sound probably carried more than I realized. A neighbor apparently complained right away, and the landlord texted me asking me to avoid loud music because the walls are thin.

I apologized, but now I am feeling uneasy. I know I am not blameless and I understand how sound travels. Still, having a complaint on the very first evening before even moving in feels discouraging. We are supposed to live here for a year, and I am worried this might be a sign of ongoing issues.

My partner wants to move because the new place is closer to both our jobs and gas prices are rising. If it were up to me, I would stay where we are. Some of my coworkers commute forty to sixty minutes and do not seem bothered, but they own their homes. We are renters, so we do not have that stability.

I did not get a chance to apologize to the neighbor directly because their unit was completely closed when we left.

I am wondering if I am overthinking this or if this is a normal new neighbor hiccup. Should I be concerned about noise sensitivity long term, and what is the best way to handle things with the neighbor moving forward? Should we proceed with the move?

TL;DR: Played a pop song on a small speaker while checking the new unit before move in. Neighbor complained immediately and landlord texted me about thin walls. Now I am worried this might be a sign of future issues. Looking for advice on whether this is normal and how to handle things with the neighbor.

Anyone else scared the cast might not return?

I LOVE Off Campus right now, but I keep stressing about the cast. We know Garrett and Hannah will be back in season 2, but we still do not know if the main couple will be Allie and Dean or Logan and Grace.

I keep worrying that someone might get too busy or too famous for the show, or that a character gets written out. I know the showrunners said they are not doing a Bridgerton situation, but my brain still goes there.

I just want to see these couples deal with real relationship stuff after getting together. Anyone else feel this way or know how to chill about it?🤷🏻‍♀️
