I (29F) have been dating this amazing guy (31M) for 7 months now. He is in the national guard and left for AT yesterday.

This got me thinking if I am ready for this life or not. I don't think I am, but also giving up is not my option, I want to work on myself. I cried when he left and had a super sad/strange feeling, it felt like he was leaving for more than 2 weeks. And we have been apart before for a maximum time of 4 weeks due to me traveling for work. However, this felt different. I guess it's because he is not a good texter and while I was gone and he was home we could videocall or regular call more often too, since mine is a regular job and not military. He already told me there's going to be 3 days where he won't be able to use his phone and that is giving me anxiety.

I also think my traumas from the past are not helping. I was in a very toxic relationship 5 years ago, haven't had a boyfriend since then because I lived in a big city where no one wants a serious thing and I am not down for anything casual. Now with him being away with limited communication + the horrible reputation people create for military men is triggering my anxiety.

Sorry if this is too much venting, I just feel so sad right now and I already miss him so much😞

I (28f) had a papsmear showing LSIL on mid March and got a colposcopy done on April 1st that confirms CIN 1.

I wanted to ask people on this sub, what helped you clear CIN without a LEEP?

Right now I started taking multivitamin (the ones from costco), fish oil, iron + vitaminc c (i am iron defficient), vitamind D (i am also vitamin d defficient), and I bought the Dr. Wolz syrup (i saw this one on another post and i started taking it last week). I have alsp started taking ashwagandha before going to bed to see if it helps with stress (I do stress a lot and need to learn how to manage it).

I am on oral contraception (gemmily). I used to get one of those fake period with my inactive pills, or at least some spotting. My last fake period was the 2nd week of February. Since then, I have not been getting any spotting or fake period, not even one drop.

I havent made changes on how I take my medication and I take my pill at the same time every day. Is this normal?

I had a papsmear showing LSIL on march. I went for a colposcopy on april 1st showing CIN1. However, I was never tested for HPV and this got me going crazy, because I would like to know what strain I have.

I am repeating my papsmear in 6 months. Is there any way I could have one done earlier than that just to oerfork the hpv test? Could I just request it?
