How do you guys handle email outreach?

It took me 1 hour just to research, write and outreach businesses. Do you guys have any idea if there is a better way to make this process much faster, and much more effective.

Currently my process is following the 5-email framework. I thought of automating it on n8n to save time for my business, but I don't know if my process would be effective enough. what do you guys think would be a more efficient and effective way to write emails for outreaching B2B companies?

I built this Lead Qualification & CRM Automation, is there any edge cases I need to know about?

(Image is a wireframe planning not the entire workflow)

I've been building small automations as practice, but I've recently built this Lead qualification & CRM automation. But I don't have anyone to actually test it for.

What it does:

  1. lead capture

  2. qualification,

  3. CRM management

  4. internal notifications.

Edge cases I tested this on:

  • Catches duplicate leads and emails the sender
  • Logs new leads and notifies the team instantly
  • Labels leads Hot, Warm, or Cold (3+ week deadlines = Warm)
  • Labels “just browsing” and student questions as Cold
  • Writes budgets as full numbers (40k → 40,000)
  • Requires every form field before submission
  • Labels spam in the Sheet

I built this Lead Qualification & CRM Automation, I'm looking for someone to pilot it. Or let me build an automation for them in exchange for a testimonial or feedback. That's it, you get free pilot testing.

For anyone curious or interested, send a dm!

Building a SKU OCR automation for inventory. What edge cases should I plan for?

I'm building a workflow that reads SKUs from photos, so small businesses don't have to type them in by hand.

How it works so far:

  1. A photo of a label or shelf comes in.
  2. Blurry or hard-to-read images are rejected and sent to a human for review.
  3. Readable ones go through two checks that must agree before the data is accepted.
  4. Approved data goes into the system. Right now I'm testing with Google Sheets.

Questions for anyone who's done something similar:

  • What edge cases should I watch for (glare, damaged labels, similar-looking SKUs, handwriting)?
  • Any case studies of OCR inventory projects that worked well or failed?
  • If you manage inventory, how do you handle SKU entry today?
  • Is this even valuable for businesses?

Open to feedback, and I'd like to test it with a real small business.

What does 130point really do?!?!

I'm curios what people use 130point for, some use it for last sold price of an "or best offer" card. Some use it to just make a rough estimate of how cards are valued.

What does 130point actually do?

and Does it still work for other people?
