Pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto for hair loss

I saw the thread about men hair-loss btw.

Unfortunately im a female😅 not male, and yes i have aga (androgenic alopecia)

I wont go into details but ive been using minoxidil 5% foam since 2021, used spironolactone for 1.5 years then stopped (bz i naturally have Low blood pressure and the med was making it worse).

So since then ive been only using minoxidil, dermarolling.

My recent blood test including hormones are normal (which is weird so lets say i have this from genetics).

I want to see if anyone tried natural alternatives like pumpkin seed oil (actual oil or pills) and saw palmetto if u have the same case as me or its just a trend people are talking about on social media

Thanks in advance

Is this laptop good for multitasking and everyday use?

Is this Lenovo IdeaPad 1 (i5-1335U, 16GB RAM, 256GB NVMe, Intel Iris Xe, 15.6” FHD IPS) good for multitasking and everyday use? I’d mainly use it for lots of browser tabs, Office/Google Docs, PDFs, PowerPoint, Canva, video calls, etc. It’s around $539 where I live.

I was also considering an HP because I’m a bit worried about the Lenovo’s hinge durability. I’ve heard some people report hinge issues. Would you choose the HP instead for better long-term reliability, or is this Lenovo a good buy?

Wang wang and her puppies🐾🤍

For anyone who hasn’t heard about this yet, the story of Wang Wang, a mother dog, and her three puppies, who were brutally killed by Chinese children, is currently all around the internet. If you’d like to pay your respects, you can light a candle for these pure souls here:

What made u start using reddit?

I started using it cz u can be yourself without being judged, also getting genuine answers from real people.
Also insta and tiktok are the worst places for discussions.

Would be an interesting debate

In Japan tipping is not normal cause good service is EXPECTED not REWARDED.

Tho in many countries including lebanon we still still tip. Do you think tipping culture is a good thing?

Online therapy

Hey everyone.

Anyone knows how i can get access to an online therapist (not embrace).

I know an app called Drapp, do u think its a good place to find a therapist there? Or somewhere else?

And most importantly, affordable

Found dozens of these tiny dry pellets on my bed overnight. I’m also itchy. Any idea what they are?

I woke up tonight and found dozens of these tiny tan/brown pellets scattered across my bed. They're completely dry, hard, and don't move. They almost look like tiny seeds.

I'm also feeling itchy, which is why I started inspecting my bed. I'm worried about bed bugs, but these don't really look like bed bugs to me.

I have a cat, so I'm also wondering if that could somehow be related.

Does anyone know what these are? Could they be termite frass, insect droppings, seeds, or something else?

shoulder clicking anyone

I've been lifting consistently for 5 months, and my left shoulder has started clicking whenever I raise my arm either straight in front of me or out to the side, even outside the gym. It happens during normal daily movements too.

Last week I also felt pain while doing lateral raises, so I stopped that exercise. Other than that, I don't have noticeable weakness, loss of range of motion, or instability. The shoulder doesn't feel like it's going to pop out.

I always warm up my shoulders before upper-body workouts (band work, rotator cuff exercises, mobility), but the clicking is still there.

I've seen people online say to completely stop upper-body training, while others say painless clicking is normal and to keep lifting.

Has anyone dealt with something similar?

  • Did you keep training or take a break?
  • Did you avoid only certain shoulder exercises?
  • What ended up being the cause if you saw a sports physio or orthopedic doctor?
  • Did it eventually go away?

I'm just trying to figure out whether I should continue training around it, take a break from shoulder-specific exercises, or stop upper body altogether until I know what's going on.

This is frustrating and sad

First, I expect people to have enough empathy to understand what I’m saying.
This woman rescues cats. She posted a video where she was trying to save a cat, but unfortunately it died. She was desperately trying to wake it up, crying and screaming while filming because she couldn’t save this poor animal. She showed her raw emotions, and instead of understanding the reality of what animal rescuers go through, people turned it into a joke.

Leh lebanese people are always creative bl manyake wl maskhara? Even Lebanese influencers were commenting disrespectful stuffs..

People saying: kif la7a2it thot l camera w tsawwir, recording a dying car for views, l 3a2el zine..

From my point of view she was sharing the reality of being an animal rescuer, some of them die in the way and we just came accross this painful video experiment.. wl aalam bas bela tetmanyak?

I have zero respect towards these bullies, w nchalla ma y7esso bi nafs l chou3our li hiye 7asseto fi

Youtube ads

Can someone tell me how we can tell the ones responsible for lebanese ads that we don’t give a s h i t about them, no one even bother to click them and that they’re being annoying more than helpful?? (At first it was okay but now its too much..)
