Hi, just looking for some advice as we are planning a 7 to 10 night trip in November flying from the UK (London Manchester or Birmingham). We would like a beach holiday with flight times below 10 hours and ideally direct flights looking outside of Europe. Safe I have found the below options but not one place standing out. Does anyone have any ideas? Have looked at TIU and Thomas Cook many thanks.

Hi can anyone recommend a day trip from Bromley either by train from Bromley South or driving ideally 1 hr max but flexible if slightly more. Particular interested in coastal spots but open to anywhere you can hike/walk. Have visited broadstairs, margate, whitstable, seven sisters, herne bay before. Also have English Heritage

Hi, I am a UK born Indian who is eligible for an OCI permit due to grandparents being born in India, however when I previously applied one of the documents was not verified in a certain way and the rules seem to be unclear and inconsistent however this was in 2015 and I left it. I have been having low energy and erection problems for a while and bloods seem ok, iv had borderline tsh levels all my life but t3/t4 is normal so havent been put on medicine for underactive thyroid. Basically i struggle to maintain an erection more than 10 seconds making sex impossible this only started 6-12 months back and im 40. I had my testosterone bloods done which came back normal. Also in general libido dipped and im in a LTR. I dont watch porn and partner is taking it personally when i get ED. 2 years back i had PE no erection issues and now this!

I excercise a few times a week and sleep not the best, diet ok. Are there any supplements people can recommend for libido/erections and general brain fog and the cleanest ones in the UK? Iv read about shilajit, zinc, black maca tablets. Is there anything else supplement or food wise or even excercises?

I have just sold GDX as I don’t feel Gold will have bull run time soon so I am seeking sectors or country ETF with high potential over the next 2 to 5 years and maybe invalid currently? For example, Indonesia ETF thanks.
