gorgeous dress, i believe 70s or 80s but im no expert

its so pretty, its about a 2x or 18/20 size, full length with absolutely gorgeous buttons, the lace is machine made and fairly modern looking thats why im thinking 80s/90s. it has a slight rip along the shoulder/back seam, would it be bad if i sewed it carefully with matching thread??

how does reglan affect you?

i was finally prescribed reglan to take as needed she recommends me to take it at family dinners so i can eat with the family,

anyway i tested it today for the first time and its been 7 hours since and the whole time i have been so restless and hyper and can't focus. is this a common thing?

also it does seem to be helping i ate a half piece of salmon and an entire corncob with BUTTER! and a slice of brie, i wanted to really put it to the test, and im so excited because i feel almost normal! things feel like they're going along!!
