Micro dosing Semaglutide with Glycine with Noom and I need some advice

So I started a few weeks ago (Thursday, July 16th) with a weekly dose of 0.2 mg. I experienced a little bit of constipation and quite a bit of apathy. That got a bit better at the end of week two. I was supposed to increase my dose at that point but I decided to hold off for a week because it was my birthday.
I increased my dose to 0.4 mg last Thursday and was so miserable for the entire week. I was so nauseous that I didn’t want to do anything, much less eat. I tried my best to eat little bits of food that felt easy(ish) on my stomach but I’m definitely not meeting my protein goals by a lot. I also kept experiencing a strange rotten egg type smell but I don’t know if that was a symptom of my shot or if I’m going insane.
So, it’s Thursday again and I’m supposed to give myself another shot but I don’t know what I should do. I’m scared of putting myself through that again.
Aside from the increased dose, the only other things that I can think of that might have might have contributed to my misery are that: 1. I used the original vial for week 4 (rather than the new one) and 2. that I took my week 3 shot on Friday instead of Thursday so it hadn’t been a full week between my doses.
Does anyone have any advice?

Would you please do me a favor and share a picture of your tummy tuck results taken while you’re sitting down?

I know that this might sound like a strange request but let me explain. I am physically disabled and use a wheelchair all the time. I had a gastric sleeve done in 2016 and I lost 143 pounds (I’m about 4’11 and my lowest weight was 113). I had a tummy tuck done (horizontal incision and muscle tightening) in 2018 after I had been at my lowest weight for several months. I don’t have any before and after TT pictures but I do have some from my pre-sleeve weight to 4.5 months after my TT.
I’ve never been completely happy with the results of my skin removal/TT and was told that I looked like I still had rolls around the time that my after picture was taken. It dawned on me that everyone else’s “after TT” pictures were taken from a standing position and, for obvious reasons, I’ve never seen myself from that angle so that might be part of the reason for my disappointment with my surgery.
Anyway, I wound up gaining about 15 pounds since then and am planning on getting back down to the 115-120 range (a weight that I can reasonably maintain long term). After I get to that weight and stay there for a while, I really want to go to another plastic surgeon to see if there’s anything that they can do to help. Would you please share some pictures of what your TT results look like when you’re sitting down so I can get a more realistic idea of what mine could be? Thanks!😊
Sorry for the long post…

Season 1 Garcia

Garcia feels like a different character in the beginning of the series than the fun, flamboyant character we all know and love. Everything about her is just so subdued. It’s more unsettling than the unsubs. 😆
Were there any fun/entertaining fan theories created to explain her changes?

Advice for a potential Cavalier owner who uses a wheelchair

Hello all! I really hope to be able the ranks of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel owners one day. The thing is, I’m physically disabled and wheelchair bound and I plan on being solely responsible for its care. So I’m trying to get prepared and think of any issues or problems that might come up and how I can solve them before I get my puppy. For instance, I plan on getting some fake grass to put on my patio for the dog to potty on. This limited area will make it easier for me to clean up the mess and keep my wheels out of the mud.
Can you guys please help me think of issues or difficulties that you guys experience? Please be honest, I’d rather find out if there’s an insurmountable obstacle now than after getting the dog. I just want to be the best dog owner I can 🐶💕

Question for any Cavalier owners who also use a wheelchair: did you have any difficulties being allowed to adopt from a rescue or buying a puppy/adult dog from a breeder? I know from experience that some people assume that people with physical disabilities can’t take care of a pet/non-service dog and that it’s selfish of us to want one. On top of that, many Cavalier specific rescues tend to be very selective about who they will let adopt their dogs so I have a bad feeling that I will have an extra hard time being approved to adopt/buy.

Note: I plan on searching very hard to adopt a dog or work with a great/reputable breeder to find a dog that a calm personality and gentle nature that would be well suited for my specific needs.

Are Cavaliers destructive dogs?

I know that all dogs chew and that all puppies need to chew and such because they’re teething. But some breeds/I’m assuming individual dogs chew and shred more than others. Have you found Cavaliers to be a particularly destructive breed?
A little bit of background information. I crochet stuffed animals and they take quite a bit of time and effort to make. Not to sound too pretentious or anything but, in my eyes anyway, they’re a bit more like art than toys. I keep them displayed on a high shelf and on a ledge on top of my fireplace. My goal is to sell them and save up enough money to buy or rescue a Cavalier.
I was watching an episode of The Dog House Australia and a dog in one episode absolutely destroyed multiple soft dog toys in about 5 minutes. I got images of my future dog doing that to my work. I’m obviously going to try to keep them out of the dog’s reach but accidents happen and my cats have been known to jump on the shelves and knock them down. Is this something that I’m going to need to be particularly careful about/likely to happen? I definitely wouldn’t rehome a dog for destroying one (or a few) of the stuffed animals that I make but I would postpone my search until I can figure out a safer place.

Prentiss’s replacements

After Emily left for the second time, it felt like they couldn’t find the right fit to replace her and it was just a blur of short term agents until she returned. Which one(s) did you like best/were there any that you found to be memorable?

Does this cavalier look strange to you?

Before I start I need to say that I am not even considering buying this dog. It’s being sold at a pet store and I don’t do that. I just like to look at the pictures from time to time.
Anyway, does this Cavalier look strange/different from the usual breed colors? I’m definitely not an expert but I don’t think I’ve ever seen one with such a grayish color before.

Do dashers get in trouble for restaurant’s mistakes?

I’ve had orders that were missing an item with a very well sealed bag or because the item was sold out? I always contact customer service when this happens and get a refund for the item. Are my dashers penalized when I complain? When I’m sure the mistake was made by the restaurant, I always try to mention that the issue was not the daaher’s fault.

What type of unsub do you enjoy more?

Do you prefer the 100% evil/just born bad unsubs or the ones that have a mental illness/serious trauma/have something that makes you feel for the unsub (but doesn’t excuse their actions or mean that they shouldn’t have to face the consequences for their crimes)?

Episodes that are just too far fetched

Are there any episodes (not major storylines/multi episode arcs) that are just too unrealistic for you that you can’t enjoy them? I know you need to suspend your disbelief and all that but sometimes it’s just too hard.

Dog rolling over on his back

I’m attempting to crochet a dog and for some odd reason it’s not working up as smoothly as the other Jess Huff dogs I’ve made. However, last night I realized that it looks cuter upside down and I started wondering if I could make this dog look like he’s rolling over on his back. Has anyone ever done/tried this or have any suggestions on how to do it? Thanks 😊

Yarn FOMO

Does anyone else get discontinued yarn FOMO? Like I know I don’t need it but the fact that this might be my only opportunity to get this yarn makes me want to buy it…
