I applied for OBC around a week ago,being impatient I found out that you can check application status of anyone,I noticed that some applied on 12/06and got approved by 18/06,but some have applied 02/06 but still pending, what's the probable reason behind this?

Under 500₹($5),ik at this budget a good quality dac is hard to get,so a good type c to 3.5mm converter would be good for me too,or if there's any good dac around 700, recommend that if you think it's worth pushing the budget
